Never again. Floor was dirty , GNATS EVERYWHERE & I told them & they brought Lysol 😭, towels were dirty and to ask for new towels over and over. I could not get comfortable.

I give it one star because of Jennifer, who was extremely nice and tried her best to be accommodating. However, my partner and I made reservations for Saturday into Sunday on *******. We arrived very early Saturday morning around 3am, after coming from a party out in Queens. The Indian guy at the desk would not let us check-in, stating check in time was at 2pm. In order for us to check in even with our already PAID RESERVATIONS, he made us pay an extra $180 in cash. To top it off, the shower and floors were dirty. There were little flies all over the room and the couple next door was blasting music before 7am. Coupled along with them screaming and arguing. This place is more like a shelter.

Nice chill clean hotel It was a great chill stay when i went no crazy noise but u can hear outside a bit but nothing that bothers the place is clean n the staff is chill i will be goin again

Be Warned! The hotel is not in the nicest location. It is not good for the night travellers. There are a lot of crimes in the neighborhood. The room is not clean and the hotel is surprisingly smooker friendly. Entire building smells **** and smoke. They even coverred the smoke detectors with bags. It was my bad not to do my homework but do your research before you book this hotel. My stay was for 2 nights and checked out early for the concerns above

Great stay – highly recommended! We were positively surprised by this hotel in the Bronx. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which really made us feel comfortable. The location was also great although it was occasionally a bit noisy, it wasn’t a big issue at all. Don’t let any worries about the area stop you everyone we met was super friendly, and we always felt safe. There are also bus and subway stations nearby, and you can easily reach all major parts of the city with the 2 or 5 train. Overall, I’m very satisfied with our stay and would definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommend it!

Very noisy throughout the night. Person was knocking on another door at the property yelling at them telling them their time was up and needed to leave the room in the middle of the night. Second night our room smelled like cigarette smoke, like smoke got through the space under door. Shower head had very low pressure. Definitely for solo travelers on a budget and not families or couples.
