가든이 정말 멋진 호텔입니다. 룸내부도 깨끗하고 시설이 괜찮았어요.그런데 1층으로 배정되어 뷰가 너무 별로였어요. 가든을 맘껏 즐기길.

아름다운 리조트. 유일한 단점은 절대적으로 모든 것에 비용이 들고 무료는 거의 없다는 것입니다. 우리는 가격이 유지되기 위해 조금 더 많은 서비스를 기대했습니다.

놀라운 리조트. 잊지 못할 경험입니다. 델타 아트리움에서의 강보트 탑승은 즐거웠고 매우 유익했습니다.

房間很好，很大，設施很好

호텔 룸도 청결하고 쾌적했으며, 리조트 안 부대시설 또한 다양하고 좋았습니다. 크리스마스 여행으로 이곳에 와서 불편함없이 지내고, 너무 예쁜 야경 덕분에 즐겁게 지내다 가요. 또 오고 싶네요. 추천합니다

3일 동안 호텔에서 세 가지 주요 문제가 발생했으며 비용이 매우 높습니다. 하루 $48(세금 별도)의 주차 대행 서비스를 이용하지 않는 경우 하루 $35(세금 별도)를 지불하고 주차장에서 셔틀 없이 호텔까지 1/2 마일 또는 마일을 걸어가야 합니다. 객실 비용에 $25/일 서비스 요금이 추가됩니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서 나와 내 가족이 식사를 하지 않았다는 청구서를 내 방에 추가했습니다. 청구서는 457.52달러였는데 이 문제는 매우 형편없이 처리되어 호텔에 서면 보고서를 작성하고 마침내 청구서에서 제외되었습니다. 호텔에서 할 일이 많지만 다시는 가지 않을 것입니다. 그들은 내 휴가를 살아있는 지옥으로 만들었습니다.

When checking in the girl was kind, I asked if there were additional charges or holds she said that would be through the place I booked from. After checking in my card got charged a few times, by hotel, not place I booked from. When I called to find out why they explained it, which okay I understand no problem & thanks, but I just asked about this while checking you said no extra charges, so you would see why I was concerned about charges going through to my card and making sure it wasn't random charges. Anyway when questioning the hotels staff they were so rude about it, all I was asking for was clarification. The cost was far more than originally expected because it did not include parking that charged daily. Ridiculous that it is not included with the price of the stay for hotel guest. Also, this wasn't the only time they were rude, before arriving I should have just canceled because I called to find out details about the water park & staff told me since I booked through someone else and not directly through them, I couldn't reserve tickets in advance. I'd have to try & buy them day of and if they were sold out I was pretty much out of luck! I tried to get tickets day of, of course they were sold out. I was still a guest but I guess that didn't matter, I feel the staff treat ppl differently when not booking directly through the hotel, or atleast thats the impression I got from speaking to them. The hotel was beautiful but definitely not worth coming back.

The property is grand and has an amazing scenery. The staff is excellent and the property is extremely clean. I would have given 5 stars but it was hard to be fed at times. Only 2 restaurants take reservations and most were either closed completely or full during our stay. If you boast all of these restaurants then they need to be available. Room service was always a 2 to 3hour wait. If they get this fixed its a 5 star plus experience!!

Everything was really nice. However, I did request a room with a view and got a view of the magnolia pool. We really wanted an interior view.

It was a nice hotel, but a little over priced. It looks like them out that you pay for the room should include some kind of discounts throughout the hotel first just staying in the rooms. The main disappointment was, please watch your bank statements because they overcharged me for my room and charge me twice for parking, so those were unexpected charges on my account and would not refund me said that I had to wait up to 10 business days for them to look into it in order to refund me my money back not very friendly workers front desk needed a lot more smiling and friendly faces. but overall over priced rooms, considering all the other things you had to pay for in the hotel that is quite pricey. and please watch your bank statements for over charges.

7 out of 10 stars. If you are taking about the room and service it would be 10. Where it fell short is check in, there was not a line, but check in felt rushed and didn't describe any amenities or restaurants, how and to redeem a pre-booked breakfast. Also the signage was terrible. The last and lest helpful was the App. It didn't work on either phone. Would I stay there again, a strong maybe.
