호텔은 훌륭하고 사랑스럽고 세심한 직원이 잘 보살펴줍니다. 우리는 팀 전체와 다른 모든 직원들처럼 훌륭했던 Florence, Patrick, Antony에게 감사드립니다. 아침 식사는 매우 푸짐합니다. 베이컨과 누텔라만 있으면 완벽할 것 같아요 ㅋㅋㅋ 객실은 방음 시설이 잘 되어 있고 온수 수영장도 환영합니다. 옥상 바도 매우 훌륭하고 모히토도 매우 잘 실행됩니다. 감사합니다. 레스토랑 가격은 유럽의 가격 제한이기 때문에 아마도 낮아져야 할 것입니다. 그렇지 않으면 Rafiki zangu의 좋은 서비스에 감사드립니다.

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

기분이 아주 좋습니다. 호텔에는 중국 음식이 있습니다. 호텔 직원과 호텔 관리자는 매우 친절하고 세심합니다. 호텔 근처에 쇼핑몰이 있으며 차로 몇 분 거리에 있으며 쇼핑도 편리합니다. 일주일 정도 머물고 나면 호텔에서 차를 빌릴 수 있어 안전하게 외출할 수 있습니다. 그곳에서 나는 돈이 떨어졌고 호텔 매니저는 중국인이었고 그는 또한 위안화를 미국 달러로 국내 WeChat 교환을 수락하는 것을 도왔습니다. 거의 동포를 보는 느낌이었다. 매우 인간적인 호텔의 도움에 감사드립니다. 다음에 갈 때 거기에 머무를 것입니다.

먼저; 1. 위치가 훌륭합니다. 2. 체크인이 매우 원활했습니다. 3. 시설은 내가 본 가장 녹지가 있습니다. 에코 시스템을 보완하는 거대한 소품입니다. 4. 내 방은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 5. 시설에는 매우 친절한 팀이 있습니다. 잘했어! 참고 : 나는 방 D06에 머물렀고 화장실은 확인해야합니다. 결함이있는 것 같았습니다.

I stayed at Hemak Suites for 2 nights, and overall the place & service is ok. The hotel building is in a very busy part of the city, which doesn’t seem too safe, and the surrounding area does get quite noisy, esp. at night. The reception is on the 4th floor and the restaurant is on the 7th floor of the building. The room I stayed in on the 5th floor was ok. It was clean, & the bed was comfortable enough. However, the bathroom is quite small, & it is open as there is no door. Once you enter the door to the room, the bathroom sink is to the right, then there’s the toilet & shower, but there is no door or shower curtain that separates it from the room. It’s probably ok if you’re solo in the room, but maybe not so much for two people. At night, I could hear loud music from the nearby bars in the area & on the 2nd night, I awoke in the middle of the night to the sound of loud music. But then, there was a power outage so the music stopped but then around 3am the circuit breaker in my room made a loud buzzing sound that had me worried. Needless to say, I couldn’t go back to sleep. The buzzing kept on all morning until the time I left, all the lights were flickering, and of course, the elevator didn’t work since there was no power. I got my stuff ready & left the room, and with little sleep, left the hotel at 6am to head for my Maasai Mara safari. I did notify the front desk about the loud, buzzing breaker in my room & told him that maybe they just need to switch them off with the power out, then check the other rooms. As for the restaurant, the breakfast was good, & they have a good selection of food for lunch & dinner. The staff here was also friendly, as they packed a lunch for me while I visited Nairobi National Park. I would’ve had a better time here if I had gotten some sleep the night before my long drive the next day for my safari, if it wasn’t for the loud, buzzing breaker in the room.

개인적으로 꽤 좋은 느낌이지만 호텔은 조금 오래되었지만 여전히 매우 깨끗합니다. 각 방은 스위트 룸 형태로, 침실과 작은 거실, 편안한 소파와 식사를위한 작은 식탁, 레이아웃은 합리적이고 더 만족스럽습니다 엑스트라 베드가 가능하고 무료이며 가격도 매우 비쌉니다. 큰 자녀가 있는 가족은 더 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있습니다.

The location of the hotel is good, the food is okay and the staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are quite basics but it’s okay for 2 or 3 days. Good wifi connection. Restaurant serve international food and has a special Somalian food menu.
