👍🏻서비스 - 체크인 안내 영상이 명확합니다. 보증금은 체크아웃 이틀 후 환불됩니다.
😒서비스 - 체크인이 오후 3시 30분경에 지연되었습니다. 비밀번호를 계속 물어봐야 했고, 결국 오후 3시 20분경에 받았습니다. (이유 - 청소 시간이 더 필요하다는 설명이 있었습니다.) 하지만 다음 날 아침 10시 45분경부터는 체크아웃 시간(오전 11시)에 맞춰서 전화를 걸어줍니다.

익익명 사용자We had a truly enjoyable stay at The Cove Hillside in Ipoh. The unit is spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for families or groups who want a relaxing getaway. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, offering a peaceful atmosphere that’s great for unwinding and spending quality time together.
We also appreciate how well-maintained the facilities are, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amenities provided throughout the stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and taken care of. Overall, it was a very pleasant and refreshing experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing stay in Ipoh.

리리뷰어Nice place with superb surroundings. The swimming pool, canopy walk, gym and common area are well maintained. The house is also very clean and spacious. Recommended to those who like peaceful and quiet stay.

리리뷰어1) car park is a bit challenging to drive up in circle, at least not to high
2) Very new building, everything in the room is very clean, cosy. It has bath shower tub, baby cot. Just that if the group does not need the baby cot, can consider keeping it. As the room has some constrain. Shape of unit is long, with the baby cot, the room is a bit difficult for elderly to move. We let elderly have room with toilet.(main bed room)
3) nice view of Ipoh, easy to find unit. Never use facilities, so no comment on that.
4) Easy to find food nearby, short drive

CCatherine sc나는이 홈스테이에서 일반적으로 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 단위는 깨끗하고 잘 관리되고 편안했습니다. 위치도 편리하고 인근 편의 시설에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 매우 친절하고 환영하는 아래층 경비원에 대한 특별한 언급으로 전반적인 경험을 더욱 좋게 만들었습니다.
그러나 개선할 수 있는 몇 가지 영역이 있습니다. 샤워기 수압이 너무 낮아서 샤워를 하기가 상당히 어렵고 불편했습니다. 또한 침실이 2개인 유닛의 경우 액세스 카드가 하나만 제공되었습니다. 이것은 카드가 장치에 들어갈 뿐만 아니라 엘리베이터를 사용해야하기 때문에 매우 불편하여 여러 손님이 자유롭게 이동할 수 있습니다.
전반적으로 숙박은 여러면에서 편안하고 즐거웠지만 이러한 문제를 해결하면 손님 경험을 크게 향상시킬 것입니다.

EEstherA great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

TTerence Yong RenThe property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills.
One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms.
there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.
