해변가 몽트뢰 호텔

Hi I just wanted to express some concerns. We are currently staying in the hotel. Unfortunately we had more than one terrible experience with the food and beverage department. First this morning with the room service order. We order the night before for one person continental adding a omelette to the order and we got charged for 2 full continental and the order were missing items like the milk for the corn flakes. We never complain so we let it pass. But after an amazing day in town we came back to see the sunset in the outside area first the restaurant host sent me to the bar area. Then the bar server/ attendant told me that they were not serving anymore in the patio because it was going to rain. I understand and I ask if I could order inside and pay and then drink it outside. I got another NO this time in a super rude manner. I ask were is the door to go to the patio I just wanted to see the sunset. 2 hours later and not even a drop of water I decided to write this. Is very sad that this happens in a place like this. The rooms are not cheap or anything really we expected at least a little bit of more decency from the team members. Honestly the only department in the hotel that was nice was front desk. Still our tray from this morning still out at 2:38 am right now. We understand when a place is understaffed or may have other issues but the guest doesn’t have to pay for the issues in house or worst having to deal with extra rude employees because they don’t know the difference between service and hospitality. Not that we got any service either. We are traveling trough europe on our honeymoon and this is definitely very sad and disappointing.

이것은 우리가 머물렀던 가장 넓은 방 중 하나였습니다. 호수가 내려다 보이는 발코니가 있습니다. 여러면에서 ”골동품”이지만 매력적이고 편안합니다. 식당과 공용 공간은 화려합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 관광 계획을 도와주었습니다. ****** (퀸 스튜디오) 바로 옆에 있으며 매우 쉽고 아름답습니다. 칠론성까지 가려면 호수를 따라 걸어서 20분. 기차역에서 2블록 정도 떨어져 있고, 은행과 여러 레스토랑과 상점들과 가깝습니다.

We were so lucky to be given a free upgrade of the room. I think it’s privilege room. It has a wonderful view of lake Geneva. There is free drinks in the fridge that we can access to it. The hotel is near to the train station. The only thing is if you come with big luggages you will need to come up the stairs outside the train station and walk down the mall. Going back was a breeze as there was escalator up. (Only a way) great hotel, great service, great staff

우리는 그랜드 호텔 스위스 마제스틱에서 멋진 경험을했습니다. 기차역에서 길 건너편에 있습니다. 체크인은 완벽했고 일찍 체크인 할 수있었습니다. 우리는 제네바 호수가 내려다 보이는 발코니가있는 방을 가졌습니다. 우리는 여러 직원에게 갈 곳과 방향에 대한 도움을 요청했으며 그들은 지식이 풍부하고 도움이되었습니다. 우리가 가고 싶은 곳을 전달하려고 시도했을 때 그들은 결코 우리를 서둘러 느끼게하지 않았습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했고 방은 넓었습니다. 바와 레스토랑은 바빴지 만 조금 비싸기 때문에 우리는 거기에서 먹지 않았습니다. 우리는 멋진 패스트리를 가진 옆집 Fleur des Pains에서 아침 식사를했습니다. 우리는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

호텔은 매우 편리한 위치에 있으며 멋진 전망을 자랑합니다. 전기 자동차 충전이 가능한 편리한 주차 공간. 매우 친절하고 도움이되는 직원. 완벽한 청소. 30인 유럽식 조식 대신 15CHF로 조식 뷔페를 선택할 수 있는 가능성이 뛰어납니다.

위치는 도보로 약 10 분 미만 또는 대기 시간을 제외하고 2 분 미만이 걸리는 버스를 탈 수 있습니다. 체크인은 반대편 호텔에 있습니다. 체크인 직원은 매우 친절하며, 일찍 짐을 리셉션에 맡길 수있었습니다. 방 화장실은 약간 작습니다. 방 크기는 2 팩에 적합합니다. 아침 식사는 제한되었습니다. 고기 / 계란 없음, 빵 / 우유 / 커피 / 차 / 시리얼 / 요구르트. 아침 식사 공간은 경치가 좋았습니다.

몬트루의 사람들은 이 호텔의 사람들이 아니라 최고였다

We had a quadruple room. There were 2 beds in one room with a sink in the room, and 2 beds pushed together in the other room with a sink and shower/tub in that room. Fixtures were old and shower was hard to use for someone tall. The only toilet was in the hall and did not have its own sink. We also had family in a nearby double room and they had a modern bathroom. The location is good. There is a bus stop right outside that will take you to Chillon Castle or the train station. We were given free transport cards. There is a French bakery just outside the hotel and it was an easy walk to Montreux Noel. We did not have the hotel's breakfast. There is a restaurant and bar on site. The best part was the view. We had a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs with a view of the lake and the mountains that was wonderful to wake up to.

호텔은 기차역 근처에 있으며 제네바 호수를 바라보고 있으며, 주요 도로에는 많은 쇼핑몰과 레스토랑이 있으며 밤에는 소음이 있습니다. 방이 크지 않고, 바닥이 삐걱 거리며, 몇 년이 걸릴 것입니다. 교통이 편리하고 프론트 데스크의 뚱뚱한 여성 안내 원이 매우 따뜻하고 흥미 롭기 때문에 1 ~ 2 박 숙박이 여전히 가능합니다.
