stayed more than 1 week for business trip， im satisfied with everything

The location was amazing. Close to downtown but in a clean and nice area. Many touristy activities to do nearby. The hotel is very pretty. The staff was amazing. Great experience overall

Great Stay

Hôtel aux mêmes caractéristiques que Indigo juste à côté. Propre, calme, décoré avec goût, légèrement en retrait de l’animation mais peu éloigné à pieds Même reproche sur la qualité des draps (une constante aux usa), synthétique peu agréable. Parking avec valet 25$ Commerces à proximité Photos sur l’app conformes à la réalité

the stay was amazing! the place was in a great location and was accessible to a lot of nice places to eat.

Hot water shower was not working properly. Blinds in the room were giving problems. Rooms could use some maintenance

One night stay before a cruise. Room was nice, no linens on the fold out, this was handled. Area had nice dining options, fast food and nice sit down dining. Grocery and pharmacy close by. We took the free trolley to the port, also within easy walking distrance. our only issue was food left in the fridge by the previous visitor. I would stay here again. Did not use the pool. Free breakfast was average.

Easy checkin, Patricio was very helpful. He stowed our luggage until the room was ready as we arrived early. Every staff member we encountered greeted us and were kind.

The hotel facilities and rooms are trendy and colorful but closer look and it’s just not very clean. The tile grout in the shower and the door were very calcified and grimey. Beds were hard and the two pillows provided were small and flat. Great location and view from balcony. Would only stay here again if it was the cheapest option in Brickell.

The water volume in the shower was horrible. The least amount ever seen at a hotel

Stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed this property. The rooms are spacious and clean and the balcony is an added bonus.

It was soo cold, I couldn’t turn the heat on and had to sleep with clothes on. Then the shower was freezing as well.

Property was in a good location, easy to walk to dining, and got to my conference just fine! Good stay overall!
