버틀러스 타운하우스 후기

우리 코드를 체크인하려고 시도하는 끔찍한 경험이 건물에 들어가도록 전송되지 않았습니다. 리셉션이 없고 전화번호만 울리는데 한 시간 내내 전화를 걸었지만 아무도 받지 않았습니다! 다음날 아침 7시에 다른 밤을 예약해달라고 요청했을 때 우리는 관리자가 출근하지 않을 때까지 기다려야 한다는 말을 들었고 오전 11시에 전화를 걸어 온라인으로 예약할 수 있는 방이 있음에도 불구하고 이용 가능한 방이 없다고 말했습니다. 대체로 좋은 경험이 아니었고 다시는 가지 않을 것입니다.

도어 코드/방 번호가 포함된 확인 이메일을 받지 못했습니다. 누군가가 우리를 들여보낼 때까지 거의 한 시간 동안 밖에 앉아 있었습니다. 우리는 정보를 얻기 위해 누군가에게 전화해야 했고 그는 매우 무례했고 전화를 끊었습니다. 시설은 좋은데 서비스가 너무 별로였어요.

A beautiful Dublin townhouse in leafy Ballsbridge. Only a 2 minute walk to Landsdowne road to the Aviva Stadium and the Dart rail service. A 5 minute walk both ways to some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars so an ideal location. I stayed here because I had a Visa appointment at the US embassy which is also only a 5 minute stroll from the hotel door. The room was clean and very spacious, high ceilings and large windows. Microwave and fridge in the lounge which came in very handy as we had brought our own breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative was one of the curtains in the bedroom seemed to have come off its rail and was half hanging down and could not be fixed because the window was too high!! However it just about covered the window to block the street lights so no big deal. Just to note, check out is 10am which is earlier than other hotels and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 9.55 so it's pretty much on the dot!!

Convenient locations, easy to travel to tour spots. Quiet place to stay, but little self service.
