'During our trip to Kuala Gandah, we decided to book this hotel to spend a night at Mentakab. Overall the location of the hotel was easy to find. Rooms are nice and clean, however the walls are abit on the thinner side as noise from outside you are able to hear. Sound insulation is not the best, but for a quick 1 night stay it's okay. Staff are friendly and accommodating no issue with that. What's best is that you are able to choose 3 level of firmness for your room pillows. It's a first time for me, interesting concept.
There's a chinese restaurant seafood right at your doorstep, didn't went there but we went to 烧鱼海鲜饭店（Roast Fish & Seafood Restaurant) and it was very good! Highly recommended for those that wants to taste fresh seafood.'

'Overall the hotel has good location and services. Our 3 nights stay were unpleasant due to the beds hv unknown bug/small insects biting us at night causing us hv skin itching and were not able to sleep well. Hotel owner acknowledged and apologised, they agreed to look into further improvements.'
