멜버른 Quest 숙소

We recently stayed at Quest St Kilda and we were welcomed by the reception staff, the guy very welcoming and provided exceptional customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. Have a laundry room and gym room. Recommended.

Quest Collingwood is located in an excellent area, close to restaurants, bars, cafes, and Smith & Gertrude Sts. The staff are professional young and engaging and very customer focussed. The complex and the apartment is modern and well designed though the balcony lacks privacy as you can see your neighbours through the fence bars. If the bars were angled 45° the problem would be solved. My balcony faced north but looked into the apartment block next door but that didn’t bother me. I didn’t use the gym so unable to comment. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay out of the CBD, in a trendy area, within walking distance to the MCG, Australian Open and the City centre   I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Ease of parking. Easy access to mall just a short walk away. Has always been my go to hotel for business trips.

因為早機，那天早上八點多已經去到酒店。本來打着書數應該未有房間要留行李， reception的Domainic知我坐完長途機更換了房間給我可以早點入住。房間整體上乾淨可以說是本質上的設施已經有1段年紀相對看來有比較舊的感覺。地理位置為於澳洲ABC電視墨爾本總部斜對面可以看到他大大隻的標記，也有一個建築施工中的地盤晚上不會工作，所以基本上可以接受不過要提醒大家不要太遲起床如果唔係他們工作的時候吵醒你冇人有擔保

객실은 깨끗하고 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 완벽하게 갖추고 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 호텔은 인근 레스토랑에서 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있으며 Werribee Zoo까지 차로 약 10분 거리에 있습니다. 즐거운 숙박이었기 때문에 적극 추천합니다.

도시에서 멀지 않습니다. 애완 동물은 깨끗하지 않습니다. Quest는 호주와 뉴질랜드의 훌륭한 체인입니다.

새해 불꽃놀이를 볼 수 있는 곳까지 걸어서 1분 거리라는 환상적인 위치에 자리 잡고 있었습니다. 피자, 카페, 바, 울리스, 알디 같은 슈퍼마켓이 바로 건물 아래에 있었고, 도클랜드 쇼핑센터까지는 걸어서 3분, 공영 주차장까지는 걸어서 2분 거리였습니다. 아파트 내에도 유료 주차장이 있습니다. 24시간 프런트 데스크가 운영되고 보안도 철저했습니다. 덕분에 편안하게 숙박할 수 있었습니다. 다만, 객실 침대는 괜찮았지만 소파 침대는 불편했습니다. 스프링이 등에 그대로 느껴질 정도였습니다. 저희는 5명이라 추가 침대가 필요했는데, 소파 침대가 필요했던 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

2025년 3월 10일, 저는 13호 집에 머물렀습니다. 12호 집에서는 흑인 무리가 밤새 파티를 열고 있었습니다. 차별하려는 의도는 전혀 없고, ”흑인”이라는 단어는 그날 밤 그 무리를 묘사하는 데에만 사용했습니다. 음악 소리가 매우 컸고, 가끔 바닥에서 진동이 느껴질 정도로 무거운 드럼 비트가 울렸습니다. 가끔은 13호와 12호를 나누는 타운하우스 벽을 두드리는 소리도 들렸습니다. 이런 상황에서는 아무도 잠을 잘 수 없을 것 같았습니다. 아내와 저는 젊고 건장한 흑인 남성들이라 겁에 질려 잠을 이룰 수 없었습니다. 새벽 2시에 불을 켜고 커튼을 치며 1층 발코니에서 조용히 해 달라고 말했는데, 그때 그들 중 세 명이 공동 뒷마당에서 한 여성과 큰 소리로 말다툼을 하고 있었습니다. 그들은 무시하고 계속했습니다! 오후 5시에 비가 내리고 있었지만 더는 참을 수 없었습니다. 밖으로 나가 조용히 해 달라고 말했습니다! 키가 크고 덩치가 큰 흑인 남성(갈색이 아니라, 아주 검은 피부)이 ”알겠습니다!”라고 말했습니다. 솔직히 말해서, 조금 무서웠지만, 어떻게 할 수 있었겠습니까?! 다음 날 리셉션이 열렸을 때(1호실인가?), 저는 항의하며 방(실제로는 1호실)을 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 그날 밤 소음이 너무 커서 다른 숙소에 묵는 많은 고객에게 영향을 끼쳐 경찰에 두 번이나 신고했다고 했습니다. 하지만 경찰의 경고에도 불구하고 그들은 같은 조치를 취했습니다. 리셉션에 따르면, 그녀는 이 고객을 호주 내셔널와이드에 위치한 Quest 호텔 체인에서 더 이상 예약하지 못하도록 블랙리스트에 올렸습니다. 며칠 전 호텔에 돌아왔을 때, 발생한 일에 대해 사과한다는 감사 카드와 함께 불편을 끼쳐드린 데 대한 사과의 의미로 와인 한 병을 받았습니다. 이 호텔에서 악몽을 꿨지만, 한 번 일어난 일이라고 생각하고, 여전히 이 서비스 아파트를 추천합니다.

The motel service was amazing although I did get asked for a $200 bond which I did not get back for 2 days that I was not aware of. That was interesting and a lot of money for some when you are not made aware until the last second. The room was very clean and heaters turned on for us as we did not arrive until late. It was sad to see the weird toilet set up in such a lovely room. But overall happy except for the extra bond that was required.
