disappointed that you want to charge $25.00 to send back a charger happy to pay that not happy that you want a copy of my drivers licence

3 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Across carpark to Pub and to shopping centre. Close to Wedding venue, Emu Bottom homestead.

The best place to stay.Great staff & welcoming feeling.Shout out to Ghazal,Dhia,Maam,Yaara & the rest of the crew.Even the cleaning staff are great & friendly.A nice place to call home for the past 2 1/2 month.3rd time staying.Best hospitality & facilities.

It is a beautiful building and the apartment is one of the best in Melbourne. It is not too far from the Airport. and the Watergardens Mall which has Woolies and Aldi supermarkets and a fresh fruits and veges supermarket is just at the front. At the Mall there is a Food court along side a few cafes and restaurants.Very well maintained, clean and safe. There is a Train station at the Mall which takes you to Melbourne CBD.

2nd visit to the Quest and found no issues. Great service, amenities and would recommend this to others. Close to my employer and great facilities at the Shopping Center next door. Would thoroughly recommend for your next stay.

Very satisfying experience staying at Quest Watergardens. Hotel was new, clean and fully functioning. Staff were perfect and went above and beyond at all times. Location was very handy with the large shopping centre across the road as well as the Pub across the road for dinner.

Arrived late in the afternoon and left early the next morning. The staff on check in were courteous and explained all details well. The room was very clean and tidy with a great bathroom. The apartment is close to good restaurants and the train station.

Had an awesome stay at Quest Watrgardens. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and the proximity to Watergardens Shopping Centre is exceptional along with the short distance to the airport. Would highly recommend to everyone wanting serviced apartment accommodation with a beautiful and relaxing vibe as soon as you enter the premise.

I was recommended Quest Watergardens by a friend and it did not disappoint! I was greeted upon checkin by a very friendly and professional staff member named Maham. The checkin process was smooth and very efficient. I was shown to my room by a lovely lady named Gazel, she also gave me a free coffee card upon arrival. Any inquiries I had during my 6 week stay were promptly taken of with no issues. The entire reception staff are the best team I have dealt with at any hotel I’ve stayed at by far. They’re also very accommodating to guests with disability and extremely helpful. Housekeeping are very efficient and polite. I could not recommend this hotel enough! I’m very happy to see such a beautiful place in the Western Suburbs. Watergardens Shopping Centre is also just across the road and has some very nice restaurants. If you need a night, a week, a month or even just a little getaway I highly suggest you give Quest Watergardens a chance, it will not disappoint!
