코코넛 케이 리조트 & 마리나(Coconut Cay Resort)

Nice enough place - perfect for the money ! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful ! Free use of kayaks out to Gulf water was fun too. Would definitely stay again.

Coconut Cay Resort is one of the best lodging facilities that I have stayed at in the Keys. Our Room Attendant, Elizabeth, had our room well stocked and extremely clean, including the corners and behind the toilet. The office staff was welcoming and professional. The bagged breakfast was quaint and enjoyable. I would have given Coconut Cay Resort 10 stars if it was possible.

Bel hôtel. Canoës,vélos et cannes à pêche à disposition gratuitement. Petit déjeuner à emporter pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. Dommage

In their description they said that they had continental breakfast when I booked the room. When we went for breakfast it was a take and go breakfast and that the next day they were eliminating breakfast all together. We then had to find a restaurant to eat breakfast which then cost us more money. We were at resort for four dsys. I think that we should have been reimbursed some money for the inconvenience. We would not have stayed there if they were not going to have breakfast.

had a good stay at Coconut Cay Resort and Marina. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. You can "borrow" Kayaks, and paddleboards to do some adventuring in the bay there, and that was free! Several good spots to eat nearby. Good night sleep!

The night front desk lady was very sweet but the other lady at the front desk was unpersonable and sullen. We had 3 cockroaches in our room. The tv remote was broken. There was a half full bottle of booze left on our patio furniture.

Problems: Unsafe step down from office door. Office closed after 10 p.m. No safe for valuables in room or office, no chain lock or peephole on door, uneven surface from parking to room door, insufficient parking near front units, sandbags laying randomly about, extremely loud traffic from US 1, 24/7 within feet of the room, fridge whined and had to be kept unplugged and unusable, odd and dangerous unlit step up to bathroom level (husband fell) in room, blinds on window to parking lot did not block light and did not cover entire window, allowing view into room from outside. Hard surface floor not sanitized between guests (we watched the 5 minute 'cleaning' of our room when we arrived), area around doornobs dirty (we cleaned this ourselves), bed was sitting on a weird tin box that made bending noises whenever we changed position in bed, no ceiling fan in bedroom, no soapdish in shower, no tub, no water pressure in shower, room furniture dingy and outdated with veneer on top of nightstand *****ped off, area for kayakking is an algae-filled cesspool of stagnant water, no pool view. No ice, snacks or beverages available on site after 10 pm. We will never stay there again and will actively recommend against it. This 'resort' is actually a 'no tell - motel' and it was embarassing to host someone there.

The room was very clean and spacious.. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for the different things to do and places to see. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Disgusting place not s healthy place. The price is outrageous wouldn’t stay there ever again front desk was nice but not helpful and lied to us about other open rooms
