엘리트 호텔 사보이 후기

근처 전시회에 참가하기 위해 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 호텔은 전반적으로 매우 만족스럽고, 엘리베이터 문을 수동으로 열어야 하는 점이 불편합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 풍성하며 다양한 빵, 훈제 햄, 치즈, 시리얼을 곁들인 우유 음료가 포함되어 있으며 훈제 연어가 매우 인기가 있으며 푸아그라, 버섯 튀김, 스크램블 에그도 매우 맛있습니다. 방은 조금 작지만 욕실 바닥 난방이 훌륭합니다! 안타깝게도 객실에 있는 냉장고가 첫날 고장이 났는데, 다음날 호텔 직원이 새것으로 교체해주고 손상된 음식에 대한 보상으로 바쿠폰 2장을 주었습니다. 가격도 두 끼가 먹을 수 있을 만큼의 가격이고, 꽤 맛있습니다. 체크인 당시 호텔 외관 리모델링 중이어서 전체적인 외관을 보지 못한 것이 아쉬웠습니다.

호텔은 기차역에서 도보로 3분 거리에 있습니다. 비교적 오래되었지만 깨끗하고 서비스가 열정적이며 모든 것이 좋습니다.

별관에 배정받는 것은 그리 편리하지 않습니다. 방도 너무 작고 시설도 너무 낡았는데 동료들은 본관에서 훨씬 더 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 말뫼 기차역 맞은편에 위치한 매장으로 위치가 매우 좋은 것이 장점이며 말뫼 방문 및 코펜하겐행 기차 이용에 매우 편리합니다.

출장으로 자주 묵는 호텔은 교통이 편리하고, 근처에서 쇼핑과 식사를 즐기기에도 매우 편리합니다.

Refurbishing is happening right outside our room with shouting and banging waking us up. Lift to the "main building" wasn't working and we tried to contact the staff by pressing the alarm following the instructions in the lift but staff was unable to help us despite us shouting thru the intercom. No other signs or instructions on how to get down to the front desk. When we finally figured out how to get two elderly family members and two large suitcases down. Two of the staff looked up at me, only one (the female staff) acknowledged me with a hi and both went back to look at their computer screens. I basically have to ask if anyone was going to help me before the male staff raise his voice at me and told me I was being unreasonable because he was only looking at his screen for a second. But why do I have to make my presence known to get help from the staff when I'm standing right in front of them? They choose to look at their screens rather than help me.

room was big and nice, breakfast was very good and hotel is very close to train station. early checkin was a nice surprise.

Good size on the room, but it’s rather old fashioned. Nothing wrong with that ofc, unless the water pressure came from 1969. Very easy access to train station. Currently facade is getting a revamp.

Fantastic hotel, really helpful staff. Rooms are to a really high standard.
