The hotel is outstanding for those traveling for Umrah. Check-in experience was excellent, Riham answered our questions regarding the stay and gave us a room on high floor.
We booked a room with partial Haram view, and it did not disappoint. The room itself is spacious, bathroom is clean, with separate basin for washing feet etc.
If you’re tired after Umrah, 24/7 room service can deliver food to your room, although a bit pricey.
Concierge service was excellent, Basir helped us store our luggage after we checked out, so we picked it up after few hrs.
Definitely recommend!

1. Very near to Gate 73/74 masjidil haram
2. the staff all are so nice including staff Dunia , she upgraded my room to family suite
3. at first think to book swiss hotel as near to masjidil haram but my friend suggest this hilton hotel. Gld to use this hotel
4. will come back and book again
