마닐라 반도에 머무는 것은 이번이 두 번째입니다. 18년 만에 한 번 이곳에 왔는데, 방을 개조했지만 별로 변한 것이 없습니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스는 여전히 효율적이고 친절합니다. 아침 식사의 질도 꽤 좋은 편이지만, 서양 음식이 많고 중국 음식이 거의 없습니다. 놀랍게도 예전에 인상적이었던 현관의 서비스는 가격이 저렴했습니다. 차가 도착한 후 많은 포터들이 있었지만 문이나 짐을 끌어주는 사람은 아무도 없었습니다. 거기에는 키가 큰 흑인 삼촌이 있었습니다. 문 앞에 큰 모자를 씌워놨어요 알겠습니다, 그런데 이제 사람이 바뀌었으니 혼잣말만 하고 손님에게 문을 열어 주지 않습니다. 나중에 보안요원이 우리의 짐 운반을 도와주었습니다. 같은 서비스 문제가 아침 식사 자리에 앉은 젊은 여성에게도 발생했는데 그녀의 모습은 너무 오만하고 실망스러워 보였습니다. 전문호텔, 암막커튼 이렇게 만들어지다니 아아! ! !

Booked Deluxe Suite and Horizon Club rooms, both rooms with access to Horizon club lounge. It was my mom 78th birthday, Mini cake and some freebies were in the room when we got in. Ms Rose from reservation/front desk was very accommodating and very patient to our requests and last minute changes. The horizon club lounge food and services offer to privilege guests were overflowing and mouthwatering. Ms Jean, the Manager and Ms Sandra were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The staff, namely JD, Argel, Jazz were polite and friendly. Chef Russel from Circles Cafe served us tasty omelet, spiral sausage and slice ham. Several food options breakfast hall. It’s was a great stay at Makati Shangrila.

많은 레스토랑, 쇼핑몰, 바 등 근처의 훌륭한 위치에있는 훌륭한 호텔. 모두까지 도보 거리. 매우 깨끗한 방과 얼음 차가운 에어컨. Wi-Fi는 빠르며 침대는 베개가 많았습니다. 프론트 직원과 도어 직원은 항상 환영하는 매우 좋았습니다. 리츠와 오브리는 진짜 보석이었고 나를 환영한다고 느끼게했습니다. 모든 문 남자들도 매우 친절했습니다. 수영장은 옥상 위층에 좋았고 음식은 좋아 보였지만 시도하지 않았습니다. 그러나 방의 샤워는 좋았습니다. 문이 없기 때문에 일부 물이 욕실 바닥에 흘러 바닥 수건을 흡수하는 경향이 있습니다. 현대화가이 경우 잘 작동하지 않지만 디자인으로 문제를 해결할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 그 외에도 나는 훌륭한 체류를했고 다음 방문에 다시 돌아갈 것입니다! 망설이지 않고 예약 !!

저는 슈퍼 디럭스 퀸룸 같은 것을 예약했는데, 욕실이 딸린 표준 크기의 퀸 침실입니다. 깨끗하고 새로운 모습. 불만이 없습니다. 전망도 꽤 좋습니다. 미니바는 이 여행자에게 처음으로 매우 저렴했습니다. 일부 엑스트라에도 충분히 큽니다. 수영장 공간은 수영장 라운저와 별도의 흡연 구역이 있어 놀기에 좋은 장소였습니다. 음료 등의 풀사이드 서비스가 너무 느려서 많이 주문하지 않았습니다. 수영은 더 어려웠지만 물은 기본적으로 모두 염소였으며 처음 물속에 머리를 집어넣는 순간 눈이 따끔거리기 시작했습니다. 대부분의 경우 Wi-Fi는 좋았지만, 첫날 장거리 비행을 위해 휴식을 취하려고 마지막 밤에 Wi-Fi와 TV가 꺼졌습니다. 호텔 직원은 이를 고치기 위해 서두르지 않았습니다. 손님이 체크인하기 전에 객실에서 시간을 보내지 않도록 하는 효과적인 방법이거나 너무 어려운 방법입니다. 아침 뷔페는 즐거웠고 주로 계란, 베이컨, 과일, 주스, 커피를 먹었습니다. 오믈렛 셰프는 자신의 재료를 잘 알고 있었고 직원들은 신중하고 정중했습니다. 좋은 곳입니다. 배고픈 분들을 위해 다양한 종류가 있었습니다. 저는 처음으로 과식한 후 매일 점점 더 적은 양을 먹었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑은 며칠간의 관광으로 지친 후 구세주였지만 실제로는 레스토랑이 아니라 다양한 옵션이 있는 작은 바에 가까웠습니다. 서비스는 느리고 레스토랑 예절에 대해 막연한 생각을 갖고 있는 것 같았습니다. 한 사람에게는 크고 여러 사람에게는 작은 샐러드를 제외하고 모든 것이 한 번에 도착했습니다. 그들은 우리 사이에 그것을 실버 서비스로 제공하고 싶어하는 것처럼 보였고 내가 그릇에서 그것을 직접 먹었을 때 약간 기분이 상했습니다. 다시 한번 말씀드리지만 그렇게 큰 규모는 아니었습니다. 다양한 매력적인 부스에는 머리 받침대를 떨어뜨려 앉은 자세가 보기 좋지 않게 되어 있었는데, 들어올리지 않고 아래로 미끄러져 들어가는 재미가 있었습니다. 음식이 나왔을 때 나에게는 매우 좋았지만 내 여자친구는 그녀의 요리 중 어떤 것도 좋아하지 않았고 나는 처음에 나에게 효과가 있었던 것들을 고수했습니다. 바깥 거리에는 도보 거리 내에 다양한 식사 옵션이 있으며 Grab이 배달합니다. 프론트 카운터 직원은 몇 가지 까다로운 상황에서 저를 도와주었고 필리핀 여행이 처음인 혼란스럽고 피곤한 사람에게 매우 정중했습니다. 나는 항상 고통스럽고 부분적으로 장애가 있습니다. 일단 호텔에 들어가면 돌아다니기가 매우 쉬웠습니다. 외부에서 택시 등을 이용할 수 있는 방법도 마찬가지입니다. 마닐라의 모든 곳과 마찬가지로 거리는 다소 위험할 수 있습니다. 전체적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 좋지는 않지만 훨씬 더 나쁠 수도 있습니다.

This is an older hotel in Makati close to Burgos St. Right in the center of everything Furniture is old and no room safes or any ectra spliffs. But the room was clean and nicely made up by house keeping. Staff is super friendly. Wifi worked great when I was there. You can't beat that price considering the location in the downtown area of Makati

Absolutely loved the modern and clean design of the room and the bathroom, the great customer service, the fact that there were lots of outlets in the room, the mini fridge and hairdryer, the dispensers for shampoo and soap (minimizing plastic waste!), the rooftop bar, and the water dispenser on my floor near the elevators. Poblacion, Rockwell, Burgos, and even the CBD are just a short walk away. Although I was placed in one of the quieter rooms of the hostel, the soundproofing still had some issues as I could hear the mass at the church outside and the sound of the TV in the room beside mine. It was good that the aircon was a bit loud as it was able to slightly drown out the noise of the TV. Although the towels smelled freshly laundered, they didn't look super clean as they were old and have been used over and over before. The double bed was two mattresses together, which would be uncomfortable if you liked rolling around the bed. I just chose which side I was going to sleep on (one of the mattresses was not as firm as the other one).

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

I had an early booking for my travel to Vietnam and in between flights i have to stay in manila for 20hrs. I booked a hotel in Hop Inn and already mentioned and included the option for early check in and check out. It was such a tiring travel and when I get to the hotel, i was expecting to have a rest early in the morning. The hotel staff was really nice but they did not allow me to book an early check in despite having it included as an option on my booking. I arrived at 7 in the morning and had to wait until 2pm to finaly rest. I dozed off at the lobby until 2pm and finally when my room was ready i rested inside only for 5hours because i had to check out early. Was the price worth it for my stay? I think not.

The Havitat Boutique Hotel is located in some narrow side streets and is a new hotel. The staff are friendly and the security did an exceptional job as the security guard even came out to the cab with an umbrella as I pulled up when it was raining, so I didn't get wet getting out of the cab. Excellent service from the security. The rooms are fairly small and they have hey small fridge freezer, a desk and chair, a live pot plant in the corner, tea and coffee making facilities and they provide some bottled water and slippers but there is no safe in the room. Unfortunately the bed is a double bed and it is quite hard and uncomfortable and they only provide 2 pillows. There is a large smart LCD TV with NO channels, however it does have Netflix and is linked to the internet so you can watch YouTube and a number of other apps. The bathroom is very small and there is poor lighting over the bathroom sink and there is no soap provided for the bathroom sink! The workmanship at the hotel is poor quality and the wash basin faucet is loose and flops all over the place. The shower has very poor water pressure so you don't even feel like you had a shower when you get out and the water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. The lighting in the room was rather odd the way it was set up. There are no switches to turn off the lights over the bed and over the TV near the bed, theyr're up near the front door which is inconvenient and a poor deisgn error. There were no spare power points by the bed or desk so you had to unplug the light so you could plug in a charger for your phone. The housekeeping is terrible, substandard and unacceptable and they did not make up my room once throughout my entire stay  Overall the rooms are fairly poorly designed with a lack of thought in their design process. It's ok for a couple of nights stay but I would not recommend the hotel as there are better hotels at a cheaper price and that have much facilities and far better bathroom and showers. The elevator was not working throughout my entire stay which meant you have to drag your bags up 6 flights of stairs. This might be a new hotel but the beds are uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi is slow and poor quality, and the housekeeping is woeful, it just fails in so many areas. There is no double glazing on the windows and you get woken up by the constant racket of roosters crowing and carrying on from 4:30 in the morning onwards. Then from early morning till evening there's the continuous racket of thousands of schoolchildren yelling cheering and carrying on from the school across the road so there is no peace & quiet in your room and it's hard to get more than a few hours sleep. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and I would not recommend this hotel. It's location is uninviting, its terrible wifi and poor housekeeping make this a very poor option. There are far better hotels for the same price or cheaper.
