Terrible, terrible, terrible, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes for the room availability, we didn't check the bathroom immediately bec we were too tired and just choose to rest, after getting up in the middle of the night, we felt digusted by the foul stench of the bathroom, we called reception but 5 minutes passed, no one has attended to it, it wasn't cleaned! Maintenance had to clean it while we were in the room already..makes me wonder how are you guys still in business?

It is the luck of the draw, condition of some rooms are awful, some are acceptable. The stories on cockroaches are truth, it is roaming everywhere. If you have food items and it is left exposed, it’s another trip to the store. Staff is friendly and willing to help to a certain extent, but they are no match against the creepy crawlies !!

It's worth noting that I booked this hotel at a relatively low price, which might explain some of the shortcomings I encountered. However, even considering the budget-friendly rate, the issues with the extended check-in time, poor soundproofing, the absence of a bidet, and the cleanliness concerns were still disappointing. While I didn't expect luxury, I did hope for a more comfortable and cleaner stay.

Provided only 1 towel which is by the way dirty with yellow stains. Called reception to replace towel, no one came. Light bulb in room is busted. More than 5 cockroaches crawl on the table. Floor drain in restroom is clogged. When i lifted the toilet cover, the whole toilet seat got removed. I requested for tv remote, but no one came to bring it. Turned on tv and decided to manually choose channels, but tv didnt work at all. Mistakenly booked this room but it has no cancellation and refund option. So i continued with the booking. But the experience here is hell. Never again going here. Such a waste of money and time.

Seems like a hotel that you rent for sex. Terrible. I walked in. Looked around the room and walked out.

The place is unique but the location where the hotel is located is not a good place if you need a quiet place to stay.

Location: the only good is that its near MRT station. However, there’s alot of bars nearby and its so noisy at night till morning. Service: service was good. Accomodating and reapectful. They always check on you regarding your stay. Cleanliness: cleanliness was so awful. they posted non smoking and even have sign inside the room. however, there’s an ash tray inside the room and i was first given a room filled with cigarette smoke. they moved me to a room which still have a subtle smell of cigarette smoke. and I HAVE ASTHMA. Amenities: it was bad. no daily housekeeping, forgot to give us our daily toiletries. no change of towels. no extra chairs inside the room. and they posted to have a blanket, but its only a piece if cloth, as thin as the bed cover. The aircon’s spilling water. broken faucet. key card holder not respondinv properly when it’s installed. WON’T BOOK TO THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN. NOPE!

Its good I had good time even in my short stay.. but I misplace my smartwatch in the room 410 and reached them out if they saw it but i didnt received any response and it is so disapppointing. But overall its good anyway.

Deluxe room is more better than the VIP room.but the staff are nice and very acommodating
