Spacious bright breezy lovely corner 1BR unit with tons of light, panoramic city views, a cross breeze with a lanai balcony. A perfect calm zen sanctuary. A relaxing, modern, well equipped and stunning home away from home. The space THE ONE BEDROOM: 58sqm (625 sqft) apartment with modern furniture. It is perfect for one person or a couple. It has 1 bedroom with a super comfy bed, 1 bathroom, a Living-dining Room, a well equipped kitchen and a balcony to enjoy night views. The whole area gets a ton of natural sunlight throughout the day! It sits on the 4th floor of a boutique condo building. The condo looks out over the Rockwell skyline, Century City, Ortigas and beyond from both the living area, the bedroom and the lanai balcony. The sight of the city lights at night with the dim-able lighting makes for a warm inviting space. The cross breeze throughout the unit when the windows are open is truly amazing. The unit features lightning fast 50Mbps WIFI with Apple Airport Extreme Router and all HD channels for business types as well as TV aficionados and sports lovers. The DVR has prerecorded movies and allows you to record shows as well. Please contact me to check dates, tell me a bit about yourself and your trip BEFORE you request a booking.
