마카티 뷰 호텔

'직원들도 친절하고, 시설도 만족하는 가성비 호텔입니다. 가격은 저렴한데 매일 청소 서비스도 있으니 오히려 에어비앤비보다 나아요. 환풍기 틀어놓고 자면 욕실도 말라있는게 좋았어요! 루프탑 수영장과 피트니스도 있어서 좋고, 위치도 좋아요. 단점은 샤워기 수압이 좀 낮고 온도가 뜨거웠다 차가웠다 하는 점이랑, 복도까지는 향기가 좋은데 우리 방은 청소를 해도 냄새가 안좋았어요.'

'마카티 갈때 가끔 이용하는 숙소 마카티 주변 이동하기 편하고 편의시설 많으나 교통은 낮에 최악이니 막히는거 감안해야 됨 로비는 넓고 앉을 의자는 적고 무엇보다 로비가 왜케더움 사우나 수영장 및 시설은 그렇게 오래된 호텔이 아니라 상태 양호하고 무엇보다 루프트 탑 분위기가 좋아서 가게 되는 호텔임 재방문 의사는 당연히 있음 가격 대비 만족하는 호텔임 다만 조식은 개인적으로 이번여행에서 그저그렇다고보다는 조금 못하는 정도 별로라고 해야 하나?'

'1. 방이 충분히 넓었습니다. 2. 직원들이 정말 최고였습니다! 매우 정중하고, 부드럽게 말하고 많이 웃습니다. 확실히 잘 훈련되었습니다. 3. 객실 편의 시설은 정말 인상적이었습니다. 우리만의 물통, 밥솥, 오븐 토스터, 전자렌지, 인덕션 쿠커가 있습니다. 4. 뷔페식 아침 식사는 정말 실망스러웠습니다. Seda Manila Bay와 Seda Nuvali에서 더 나은 선택을 할 수 있었습니다.'

'가족들과 편안한 휴식을 보내기에 최고의 선택이었습니다. 아침 뷔페도 맛있었고 만들어주는 까페라떼 또한 정말 맛있었습니다. 넓은 수영장은 애들과 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 테니스장은 장비가 없어서 이용하지는 못했지만 재방문한다면 라켓을 들고 올것입니다.'

'저희는 오후 3시 30분에 체크인을 하려고 도착했는데, 꽤 오랫동안 줄을 서 있었습니다. 결국 저희 방은 아직 준비되지 않은 상태였습니다. 그들은 체크인이 2시로 되어 있었지만 방이 준비될 때까지 기다리라고 했습니다. 우리는 이에 대해 보너스, 칭찬 또는 사과를 받지 못했습니다. 우리도 다른 관광객들처럼 가방 위에 앉아 있었습니다. 그런데 여기가 우리를 객실로 안내해주지 않고, 가방도 객실로 옮겨주지 않은 유일한 호텔이에요. 유일하게 좋은 점은 수영장이 좋다는 것입니다.'

'모든 직원분들이 친절 하고 조식도 좋은편입니다하지만 내가 묵은 방은 한가운데에 벽 기둥이 있어 좀 답답하고기분이 안좋았어요 이 호텔 방 입실전 확인하고 들어가면 좋겠네요 그리고 매일 방청소 해 줍니다.시티 전망은 넘 좋아요'

'장점: 주변에 먹거리와 즐길 거리가 많은 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다. 직원들이 친절했습니다. 단점: 일부 객실에는 구형 창문형 에어컨이 설치되어 있었는데, 일반 스플릿 에어컨보다 소음이 심했습니다. 체크아웃 절차가 길어 시간이 오래 걸리니, 이 점을 미리 감안하는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔 내 스파 마사지는 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 마사지를 받기 전보다 몸이 더 뻐근해지는 결과만 있었습니다.'

'가격 대비 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 새벽 1시 30분에 체크인했는데 반갑게 맞이해주시네요. 공항에서 15~20분, 그랩 잡아서 200페소 이내로 도착했어요. 15분 거리의 그린벨트 명품백화점 가서 구경하고 고급 레스토랑 식사(1인당 최소 500페소 이상), 디저트 카페(1인당 200페소) 들렀어요. 환전은 100달러 기준 호텔에서는 5,200페소 그린벨트 근처 money exchanger라고 써진 곳에서는 5,400페소 받았어요. 한국에서 환율우대 90% 적용받으실 수 있으면 한국 환율이 더 유리해요. 2023.12.26.기준 네이버 고시환율/5,578페소 환율우대 90%/5,576페소 그린벨트 근처 사설 환전소/5,400 페소 주변에서 환율우대해주는 은행을 찾아보세요.'

'1. Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this. 2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot. 3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware. 4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning. 5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.'
