Hotel Jyoti Plaza

The stay didn't go as planned. I stayed here for 5 days. The first day we were given a room with used sheets, i contacted the reception and got them changed. The last two days the ac didn't work, there was no help it was terribly hot and couldn't sleep for two nights straight as there was no help, the staff was cold and unresponsive. Washrooms were okay but the jets were leaking.

Whole day, air con was off. Outof service. Plenty cockroch inside fridge and in bathroom. Even after complain, they failed to repair.

Good Hotel for staying at this... comfort and big size Room with family or friends or business this is Good for all..

Room ac is not working and room service is very slow no one responds quickly i have to call them multiple times

2 night stay -clean room and value for money -booked superior room, restaurant also best in that area.

Excellent food, good food services & cook specially 'jasin' and entire food department is good. Location is fantastic property is good and situated in prime place. But long way to be called a part of hospitality industry, because services are missing just 'zero. But if management can improve their attitude and focus more on customer services & satisfaction, i am sure jyoti plaza would be one of the prominent hotel and then would like to revisit !

No staff for room service, towel was dirty and torn. Staff not cooperative. Ac was not working entire night, no response from reception

Property is in a decent location but ac did not work for the two nights i was there and hotel staff did not bother about it. I was shifted to a smaller room and told to make do without ac even after charging for a standard double ac room. The explanation given to me was that it was a technical fault in the system but everyday in the morning the ac magically starts working and has technical faults at nights. Definitely not a very pleasant experience.
