나는 Bernina Express를 여행하기 전에 하룻밤 동안 여기에 머물렀다. 첫째, 이름이 다른 것을 제안했음에도 불구하고 호텔이 실제로 그렇게 중심적이지 않다는 사실에 대해 언급해야 합니다. 티라노 구시가지의 중심에 합리적으로 위치할 수 있지만 많은 경쟁자보다 기차역(대부분의 방문객을 위한 주요 명소라고 상상할 수 있음)에서 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 나처럼 무거운 짐을 뒤에서 쫓고 있다면 포장 도로가 거의없는 고르지 않은 자갈길을 가로 질러 걷는 것이 좋습니다. 모든 것이 말했고, 호텔은 조용하고 매우 깨끗했으며 일반적으로 잘 표현되었습니다. 침실의 장식 마감은 다소 오래되었지만 침대 자체는 매우 편안했습니다. 주전자가 있는 환대 트레이, 잘 갖춰져 있는 미니바, 괜찮은 레인 샤워기가 좋은 기능이었습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 즐거웠지만 빵 제공과 신선한 과일 선택이 다소 제한되어 일부 항목을 선택하는 데 많은 것을 제공하지 않았습니다. 요즘 많은 호텔과 마찬가지로 조명 및 환기와 같은 객실의 전원 서비스를 운영하려면 키 카드가 필요합니다. 공공 장소에서는 모션 센서가 작업을 수행합니다. 이 속성에 대해 약간 성가신 점은 이전에 조명이 켜지지 않은 지역을 통과하거나 방을 나가기 위해 키 카드를 제거한 후 조명이 나노초에 꺼지는 것처럼 보였다는 것입니다. 에너지를 절약하고 비용을 낮추는 것은 모든 사람에게 분명히 중요하지만, 이것은 열성적이고 다소 인색하다고 느꼈습니다. 마지막으로, Hotel Centrale에 대한 나의 가장 큰 비판은 10.00am의 예외적 인 이른 체크 아웃 시간입니다. 이 호텔은 4-star 속성으로 평가한다는 점을 염두에두고 손님이 숙소를 그만 두는 것을 기대하는 불합리한 이른 시간처럼 보입니다. 요즘 대부분의 저예산 호텔에서도 정오에 가까운 체크 아웃 시간을 제공합니다. 전반적으로 충분히 편안한 숙박이지만 일부 문제가 있어 스스로 돌아 오거나 이 호텔을 다른 사람들에게 추천하는 경향이 덜 있을 수 있습니다.

Io e mia moglie abbiam fatto un soggiorno di dieci giorni in pieno comfort e avventura. E si perche', al contrario di tanti ospiti generalmente sedentari per via delle cure alle terme, noi abbiamo usato l'Hotel come stupenda base d'appoggio, per girare nel raggio di oltre 100 km, posti stupendi naturalistici e paesaggisti. Ma veniamo alla descrizione dell'albergo che abbiam ritenuto ordinato molto pulito e arredato con giusta sobrieta' anche nei particolari. La stanza discretamente ampia ha tutti i comfort e tutto funzionante e ordinato. L'Hotel presenta molti punti bellissimi in cui soggiornare e rilassarsi, dalla Hall, a salottini all'aperto nel giardino con fontanella, sala tivu accogliente e ottima palestra, piscina e quant'altro. Parliamo ora del ristorante. La sala bella i tavoli apparecchiati con eleganza e professionalita' come anche il servizio e la disponibilita' del personale e dei gentili proprietari. L'unica nota stonata e di demerito, il buffet di sole verdure e sempre lo stesso, una grande monotonia come anche la colazione sempre uguale, poi darei uno zero assoluto alle macchinette che producono bevande calde (queste macchinette purtroppo sempre piu' diffuse negli alberghi), in effetti elargiscono ciofeche. Uscendo era necessario farsi un buon caffe' al bar. Il pranzo discretamente abbondante era buonissimo cosi come sentivo le materie prime. Non parliamo poi dei dessert di dolci da 10 e lode, buoni e tanti. Noi ci sentiamo di consigliare questo Hotel Diana a tutti e non solo a chi fa uso delle terme, ma anche a chi come noi piace fare trekking, vedere montagne, laghi, e tanti paesini suggestivi. Se capitera' noi ci torneremo senza ombra di dubbio, il prezzo del soggiorno e' concorrenziale. Bravi a tutta la famiglia e al personale.

We had an initial issue with our air conditioning not working but the team at the hotel moved us to another room which was much cooler. Staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing value. Very close to the station and metro so ideal if you want to travel the area as we did. Iseo on the lakes a great day out by train.

나는 꿈의 꿈의 방을 가지고 있었다. 내가 발견 한 방과 욕실은 비교적 오래되었습니다. 에어컨은 열에 대한 성능조차 없었습니다. 건물 전체가 1930s.의 타임 머신처럼 내부에서 작동했습니다. 그러나 : 호텔의 모든 직원은 정말 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 그것은 훌륭한 수업이었습니다.

Very poor experience starting with the 2 bedrooms booked together for expressively explained for family of 5 - and in 2 diff floors!! For 3 nights without any solution offered - Hôtel was not clean as a 4 star should be ! Check the fitness room for proof ! And finally only set of 1 person towels (although 3 weee booked) in the room . Breakfast staff GREAT ! Food pretty standard and hot food poor in quality! Scrambled eggs were socky like microwave cooked .... No questioning from the staff on our stay , how it was etc ... when leaving . Very poor experience-

I was absolutely thrilled with this hotel for my stay in San Pellegrino! Probably the best value out of any place I have ever stayed in my life (and I travel non stop). The check in process was seamless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Andrea was a stand out as he gave me great advice on hiking trails, where to get some essentials, and some recommendations for the spa and area. The room was wonderful, made even more exceptional by the complementary minibar full of local snacks and a range of San Pellegrino beverages to try. Not only this but the complementary toiletry kit was a super high standard and very luxurious. I loved using the Marshall amp speaker for my music and was pleased by the supersonic hairdryer. This was a 10/10 stay, I only wish I had longer here it was hard to leave. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to absolutely anybody, even the most discerning of guests. Thank you to the QC Room team for making my stay so perfect. I will be back!

Albergo molto bello, comodo in centro e pulito. L’unica pecca non da poco, che mi farà ripensare se tornare o meno è il rumore che arriva dall’esterno. Le camere purtroppo non sono insonorizzate e si sente tutto il caos della strada; il rumore mi ha svegliata alle ore 05 del mattino per il troppo caos.

We stayed here because the other place we were at was completely unacceptable. When I called to check on a room, ”Enzo” took great care of us. He put us in a king suite. It was clean and every necessity was there. We were there in winter, so we didn't use either of the pools, but we did get a good meal at the attacked Indian restaurant. Thank you Enzo.
