나는 매우 빈번한 여행자입니다. 이 호텔은 사기입니다. 별 5개로 표시되고 별 3개도 아닙니다. 당신이 도착하고 체크아웃하기로 결정했을 때 당신의 짐을 방까지 가져다 줄 사람이 없습니다. 방은 작고 보리는 가방을 열면 가방에 들어갈 수 있습니다. 욕실 세면대가 막혀서 배수할 시간이 필요하다고 들었습니다. 호텔은 일반적으로 냄새가 난다. 정말 불쾌한 숙박을 원하지 않는 한 예약하지 마십시오. 5개의 별은 허위 광고입니다.

Paddington 기차역까지 도보로 약 10분, Heathrow 공항까지 약 30분 거리에 위치가 좋습니다. 호텔은 매우 작고 작은 방, 작은 복도입니다. 가격이 조금 더 저렴하다는 것은 놀라운 일이 아닙니다. 4성급 호텔은 아닌 것 같습니다.

내 딸을 위해 예약했습니다. 불만이 없습니다. 더블룸으로 업그레이드 되었습니다. 작지만 그녀에게는 충분하다.

훌륭하고 친절한 직원. 객실은 깨끗하고 잘 갖추어져 있습니다.

Hotel was ok

위치가 아주 좋고 직원들이 친절합니다. 방은 다소 작은 편이나 매일 청소상태도 훌륭하고 특히 카운터에 과일 및 커피 크로아상이 준비되어있습니다. 주변에 수퍼 및 식당이 많고 특히 하이드공원이 가까워 산책하기 좋습니다. 일정내내 침절하게 응대해주신 직원 Irfan님 감사합니다

It’s a beautiful hotel with a beautiful staff very clean and outstanding service loved every bit of hospitality and it’s in the main center and very decent neighborhood if I get one more chance I will stay in this place no doubt .A must visit jewel

Had a confirmed booking through agency and reconfirmed it over phone. Upon arrival the already terribly slow receptionist said I should go around the corner to their sister hotel, apparently the hotel I booked had maintanence issues. When I arrived at sister hotel they basically said they didn’t have a room for me. No help in finding another solution (this is 8pm). Very very unreliable - definitely stay away!!! (I ended up paying double in another hotel in the area) my colleague that booked for same day had the same issue!

Purchased a voucher from Wowcher for Ice cream afternoon tea with champagne. Booking was straight forward. When we arrived we were the only people in the restaurant and was told that we were getting traditional afternoon tea instead. Not a good start but what could we do we were there and hungry. The staff were pleasant and friendly and we got our bottle of champagne. When the food came there was no clotted cream! I asked where the clotted cream was and was told they didn’t have any. Clotted cream is shown in all photos of their afternoon teas. We had to ask for butter to put on the mini scones. It was a birthday treat for a friend which we’d traveled to London especially for and was very much looking forward to. It was a shame the hotel didn’t deliver on what had been advertised and having no clotted cream for an afternoon tea is unforgivable!

Good stay, good staff. The room was clean, spacious.the only thing missing is the hair dryer. Check in and chack out was quick. In particular Luka was a really professional and excellet receptionist, always available and ready to help the guests. Will reccomend!

Very friendly and well run hotel. Quiet local position but with all services you might need nearby and a variety of great restaurants. Service always faultless. Special mention to the front desk, ever helpful, and Laura in the breakfast room.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly stall who could nor be more helpful. Our luggage was taken from our taxi, at reception our check in was simple & straightforward. There were 6 of us in our group & we were given our keys & shown to our rooms, which were very clean, & tidy, VERY comfortable bed. There was a microwave, fridge, super shower/bathroom with underfloor heating (Real luxury). A complimentary bottle of wine & chocolates. Our 2 night stay included continental breakfast, which was a fantastic. Some of us upgraded to full English for just £5, but there was more than enough choices with the continental. When we were ready to out for the Evening or day, a taxi was ordered for us A big thank you to all the staff who could not do enough for us Moselle, Steve, Tabrez & Ignatius. We hope it won't be long before we visit you again.
