I booked this last minute due to unscheduled meeting in London. Arrived as location at 9:30pm and I was unable to gain access. Apparently required passport id, didn’t have thus with me as uk resident I had to book another hotel, not ideal

Great little flat and in the middle of town. Clean, easy check in. WiFi didn’t work and a bit of a signal black spot but great value and location.

Apartment is HIGHLY lacking in safety! One night I was upstairs in the kitchen, my young daughter was in the front bedroom with the door closed, my son in the shower, my wife in the other bathroom. I hear a commotion in the downstairs hallway and hollered out to see what was going on. I got no response but heard a door close. I look down to see the locked front door closing. I rush down to open it and see no one. I headed down the steps to find the person from the lower unit entering their room. They stated they had mistakenly went to the wrong floor. Their door code worked for our door. This was Extremely concerning, and made my wife feel very uncomfortable. For this reason alone, I would be very cautious about booking. Check in process was overboard. Multiple contacts and documentation requirements that felt unnecessary and interruptive. Of a 3 week trip and 8 hotels/apartments this was by far the most difficult to deal with. Size and comfort of the apartment was great. Location was good with lots of things nearby. The upkeep of the apartment was lacking with several things damaged, broken, or not working. The washer/dryer made clothes come out with a terrible odor. The unit was not clean at all with large clumps of hair and dust found throughout, and dishes were dirty with chunks of food on them.

Avoid this property. The management company is unreliable in responding to situations requiring attention. The alarm went off in the flat our family was in. We, a family of 4, were homeless on the cold streets of London from 3am to 7am, with a refusal for compensation from Stay Inn. Horrible situation with no acknowledgement.

Great location, and a cosy apartment unit furnished properly for two people. It was great as far as easy access to so many points of interest is concerned (museums, eateries, theaters etc.) If you are intending to conduct a little bit of work through internet connection at the property, forget it! You will find a low bandwidth, totally unreliable service. Area is full of pubs and eateries, which makes it a bit noisy during night (into the late night).

Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions! Can’t fault this apartment in the heart of London.
