아내와 나는 바르셀로나 공항에서 여권을 잘못 배치했지만 호텔 마르솔로가는 길에만 깨달았습니다. 우리가 어떻게 느꼈는지 상상할 수 있습니다. Aron과 Racula에서받은 도움과 지원이 더 좋을 수 없었기 때문에 우리는 Marsol에서 예약 된 것이 운이 좋았습니다. 그들은 올바른 시간에 올바른 장소에서 올바른 사람들이었습니다. 그들은 침착하고 동정심이 강했고 우리에게 현명한 조언을 해주었습니다. 그들은 여권을 찾거나 교체하는 단계를 거쳐가는 가장 좋은 방법을 알고 있었고, 가져갈 수있는 최고의 운송 수단을 가지고 모든 생각과 계획이 우리를 위해 이루어 졌을 정도로 우리를 위해 모든 예약을했다. 우리는 어디에서 시작해야할지 알지 못했을 것입니다. 그들은 작은 것들도 우리를 도왔습니다. 아론은 세탁소를 찾을 수 없을 때 우리 세탁소를 가져 가서 우리를 위해 그것을 할 것을 제안했습니다. 라루카는 아침 뷔페가 열리기 전에 출발 한 바르셀로나로 돌아가는 초기 열차를 타도록 준비된 피크닉을했습니다. 이러한 작은 친절 행위는 우리에게 변화의 세계를 만들었습니다. 위치나 레스토랑, 바 등 아론과 라쿨라보다 마르솔에 더 많은 것이 있지만 우리가 가장 필요할 때 얻은 서비스는 결코 잊지 못할 것입니다.

Having paid for half board for 6 nights in a “4 star hotel” we had high hopes for the hotel. When we checked in, we didn’t pay the extra 20 euros a night for the sea view room, and we’re given a room with a side view of the sea, overlooking an alleyway. The room was okay, but the cleanliness wasn’t what you expect from a 4*. Crumbs and dust under the beds, lamps at the side of the bed were thick with dust etc. There were no bottles of water in the fridge etc which you expect when abroad. The pastries/fruit & cold options at breakfast were lovely, however the hot options weren’t fantastic unless you like watery scrambled eggs and hotdog sausages & chicken goujons or chips for breakfast. The evening meal we tried the first night, then ate out every night after that. There were very limited options, pasta which never tastes nice when stood about being kept warm, fish and pizza, but we were in Spain and didn’t want basic English takeaway options really, we expected better of the evening meal options. We had an issue part way through the holiday (which was no fault of the hotels) of the guests next door to our room banging on our door at 3am and trying to get in. When we left the room in the morning they’d been sick all over our door. We were moved to a sea view room free of charge, which wasn’t much cleaner than the first room, with peoples greasy footprints still on the balcony glass, and muddy footprints on the wall. You’d expect housekeeping to be wiping these off in a 4* hotel. Rooftop pool was amazing and amazing views, and the location couldn’t have been much better. Overall it was okay, but we expected better from the hotel. Not sure how it’s classed as 4*

I stayed here with my daughter. It was the first time visiting Spain and I can honestly say I would stay here forever. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are the best and always more than happy to help, I will be forever grateful to them for making us feel so welcome. The beds are super comfortable, we slept great. It’s not noisy at all, unless you have the window open. The hotel is in the perfect spot with lots to see and do. I already can’t wait to come back, I really think this will be my home from home!

My experience at the excelsior hotel was outstanding. Everybody at the hotel gave excellent service & feel I have made more new friends with all the staff. I can only say, that I am really looking forward to going back to Lloret de Mar & staying at the Excelsior hotel next year, & for many years to come. I did tell Miguel, I thought the hotel desrved 50,000 stars due to how I felt about the cleanliness & the staff as a whole. Really great value for money. I would have expected to pay much more for such fantastic service. If there was a problem, the staff were always there to sort it out. Can not praise the whol;e staff enough. I love them all.

We visited for my 30th birthday, we stayed for 3 nights, 4 days and I would return immediately. Brilliant hotel with amazing facilities, couldn’t make any complaints. Their roof top pools are amazing, our hotel room faced the pool and the breakfast was delicious! I am gluten free (coeliac) and every morning I was given a baguette, pastry and muffin, along with options on the buffet. We also ate in the hotel for the last night and it was great. I’d actually recommend checking their website as it was cheaper than booking through booking.com etc and you got a welcome cocktail, later checkout and a hat or bag of choice! Perfect location, great staff, I read that people said it’s a calm oasis in the hustle and bustle of lloret de mar and I couldn’t agree more! We loved it and 100% will return if we come back to Lloret. Thank you for a great stay!

Well what a lovely surprise Hotel Anabel was. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. It’s a lovely little hotel right in the heart of Lloret De Mar. Five minute walk to the beach. Staff are friendly, rooms are nice, the bar/seating areas indoor and out area are really lovely as is the pool and there was plenty of sunbeds so there’s no fighting over them. The hotel is spotlessly clean, even the pool toilets. If I return to Lloret, and I’m likely to as by husbands friend lives there, I will always try to stay in this hotel. The temperatures were 35 degrees plus when we were out there so the air conditioned bar was very welcome. We only had bed and breakfast as we prefer to eat out locally but the breakfast was perfectly adequate. The only thing we missed was regular cups of tea, being British and there’s no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Nicest hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time to be honest.

20년 전 Lloret de mar에서 일했던 사람으로서 나는 추억의 길을 혼자 여행하고 싶었고 Tent Hotel이 나의 기반이었습니다. 호텔 위치는 완벽하고 중앙에 위치하며 해변과 가깝고(도보 4분) 바와 현지 레스토랑(도보 1분)에서 가까우며 밤문화를 즐기며 이른 시간(도보 5분)까지 파티를 즐기고 싶은 분들에게 이상적입니다. 자정이므로 일부 리뷰에서 언급했듯이 '소음'이 없습니다. 더 큰 나이트클럽은 만들고 발행하기에는 너무 멀리 떨어져 있습니다! 호텔은 흠 하나 없고 직원들은 매우 친절하며 도움을 주기 위해 최선을 다합니다. 아침/브런치는 오후 1시 30분까지 제공되며 항상 먹을거리가 많습니다. 수영장은 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지 운영되며 거의 내내 태양이 비치고 있습니다. 정말 행복합니다! 객실은 깨끗하고 원하는 만큼 자주/적게 청소됩니다(문에 있는 편리한 표시로 원하는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다). 객실 내 안전 금고 이용 가능, 안전한 객실, 1인 여행자로서 결코 안전하지 않다고 느꼈습니다! Lloret De Mar를 방문하는 모든 사람에게 이 호텔과 그 위치를 적극 추천하고 싶습니다. 좋은 숙박을 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다.

친절한 도움이되는 직원이있는 사랑스러운 호텔, 매일 청소 된 흠없는 객실. 그것은 많은 좌석과 라운저 및 바가있는 아름다운 옥상 수영장 (물은 차가 웠으며 12시에 열리고 9시에 조금 일찍 문을 닫았지만 아마도 조용한 지역이기 때문일 것입니다. 저녁 식사를 한 후 앉아서 휴식을 취하고 싶다면 부끄러운 호텔 다른 곳에 바가 없습니다. Costa Brava는 매우 지어졌습니다. 우리는 4층에 있었던 베란다에서 바다를 볼 수 있었기 때문에 아래에 있다면 멋진 전망을 가질 수 있을지 의심스럽습니다. 이 지역이 조용한 장소이므로 밤에는 모든 활동 및 해변에 충분히 가깝지 않다고 말하면서 길 바로 아래에 있습니다. 우리는 비앤비 기반이므로 아침 식사가 포함되었습니다. 8-10 아일랜드 소시지와 베이컨을 원한다면 선택할 수있는 많은 것 글쎄, 다른 곳으로 가십시오 이것은 스페인이므로 스페인 음식입니다 .. 빵, 시리얼, 패스트리 및 팬케이크가 많이 있으므로 배고프지 않아도됩니다. 우리가 가진 유일한 불만은 과일의 훌륭한 선택이 아니 었습니다. 신선했지만 선택이 좋지 않았습니다. 또한 우리는 우리 자신의 티백을 가지고 있었지만 물이 충분하지 않다고 느꼈습니다. .. 그 외에는 좋았습니다 .. 방에 주전자가있을 것으로 기대하지 마십시오. 냉장고가 있습니다. 샤워는 훌륭하고 강력합니다. 수영장에 Alo 샤워가 있습니다 .. 우리는 여행 회사를 통해 예약했기 때문에 많은 것을 얻었습니다. 건축된 건물을 무시하고 볼 것이 많고 비싸지 않고 먹을 곳이 많다면 가장 확실히 llorrtte de mar로 돌아갈까요? 산타 로사에서의 숙박을 좋아했습니다.
