Really good experience and testy food inside. Amazing roof but it works only till 8:00 pm. Close to beach but if you window in front to club street it can be some noise issues))

Beautiful hotel in a prime location,everything on your doorstep or a very short stroll. Crisp white bed linen, fluffy Snow White towels and ultra modern and comfortable decor.Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of dishes both hot and cold sweet and savoury, great selection of everything and caters for all nationalities. Pools are very nice and many to choose from , we booked the superior room to use the rooftop what is amazing but also found the pools downstairs just as good and a real sun trap with comfortable day beds with scatter cushions. Staff are extremely genuinely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent in the hotel and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of going.

Stayed a weekend, 1st bedroom we was allocated stunk of damp so was moved to 214 and that was great, but the breakfasts were so disappointing. The sausage was still pink inside, bacon not cooked properly scrambled eggs were very wet. So food was definitely zero stars

We stayed in Gran Hotel Flamingo for 6 nights in Aug. We had booked a superior room, which meant a nicer room plus access to the Avana rooftop which has a really stylish chill out lounge area, 2 rooftop pools and a bar. I had done extensive research on this prior to booking and so knew that by booking the superior room this came with the ‘exclusive’ Avana rooftop access and have a feeling some of the negative reviews on here are from people who didn’t do the same (booked a cheaper room but expected the nicer amenities). When booking it does clearly state whether this access is included or not with the room type so urge you to interpret the reviews carefully. I also found the the managers comments/replies helpful in making the decision. This two tier hotel system is however a little strange, as it means there is a bit of a divide in the type of clientele it attracts. Generally the lower floors are full of groups of party going mates and then the upper floors are couples. Non superior rooms only have the ground floor pool access which is right off the main road and shaded for a lot of the day. Our room was decent, very large bed, clean and spacious, nice hot shower, and really well sound proofed! The ***** is literally right outside the hotel so perfect for people wanting that nightlife. I however was 6 months pregnant on our trip so was in bed by 10pm most nights and had no issues with any noise or disturbance at all throughout the evening. Room was cleaned each day with fresh towels, and maids were pleasant. The rooftop is gorgeous and we spent most of our time there during the day. The pool to the left is slightly smaller but has nicer sun loungers and also bean bag style loungers too. The pool to the right has the bar where the drinks are served all day and lunch menu starts from 1pm. You can eat at your lounger or go to the seated chill out area which has plenty of tables and more shade. Sort of soho house vibes! Towels you can hire from reception for €10 each. Lunch menu has a nice selection and good quality, from salads to burgers to paella, so ate here happily each day. Breakfast was fabulous. Buffet style so has everything you could want. Hot and cold foods, and a mix of healthy or unhealthy! Meats, cheeses, porridge, fruits, pastries, pancakes, chocolate fountain… you get the idea. Actually really looked forward to it each day. There is also a gym and yoga studio which is really well equipped and to be honest hardly anyone uses it. Again, nice and clean and worth a visit. This is open to anyone from the hotel, not just the superior rooms. Overall a great hotel for a decent price, just be clear on what you’re booking before you book as that seems to be the difference in the experience you’ll have with this hotel!

We stayed at the Flamingo Hotel in July ‘23 for one week booked through Jet2. At the time of booking when I asked for an upgrade we were told we had to do that at the Hotel. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told there were no upgrades but to ask every day. The beautiful pictures of the roof terrace were ‘out of bounds’ for us and we only had the pool on the ground floor which was very busy, plus our room was OK but view only of back of the hotel, we couldn’t even see the sky unless we went on balcony. Rooms were cleaned every day, and we were surprised to have all English channels on TV. Food (we were half board) was very good, the omelette made to order my favourite. The staff were all very friendly. Meals each evening were changed, some evenings better than others, but always lots of choice. Although the Hotel was on a very busy street, it was very quiet. We would definitely go back but only with the upgrade to use the roof terrace and get a better view. We spoke to Jet 2 but they don’t offer the upgrade, so if we go back we will book direct.

I've booked for next year and tried to change the booking. They don't answer the phone or mails. Poor communication. I think next year will be the last year. Several mailadresses I've tried and several phonenumbers, probably they don't answer from abroad Spain.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were so friendly. We had a few issues with our key but got sorted straight away. We only had breakfast in the hotel and I found it very nice (especially the pancakes). Great location, great pools and the comfiest beds I’ve ever had abroad. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated right by the roadside and can get very loud in the evenings. It’s also quite close to other hotels so guests can see into your room. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and standoffish during our entire stay. The hotel was generally clean and the room was dated but spacious however they gave my husband and I a room with 2 single beds. They were also unwilling to change our pillows which were hard and uncomfortable. I enjoyed the meals however, some of the fruits were stale. Although we paid for half board, we were only permitted one small glass of juice with our breakfast and had to pay for our dinner beverages. There were loads of flies in the restaurant which was quite off putting; guests were fanning them away during meals. There was a strong air fresher scent in the hotel lobby. The staff value the customers in roof top club more than the other guests. The hotel should provide tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. We felt unwelcome were miserable during the entire stay; I would not stay here again and would not recommend.
