My experience at the excelsior hotel was outstanding. Everybody at the hotel gave excellent service & feel I have made more new friends with all the staff. I can only say, that I am really looking forward to going back to Lloret de Mar & staying at the Excelsior hotel next year, & for many years to come. I did tell Miguel, I thought the hotel desrved 50,000 stars due to how I felt about the cleanliness & the staff as a whole. Really great value for money. I would have expected to pay much more for such fantastic service. If there was a problem, the staff were always there to sort it out. Can not praise the whol;e staff enough. I love them all.

아내와 나는 바르셀로나 공항에서 여권을 잘못 배치했지만 호텔 마르솔로가는 길에만 깨달았습니다. 우리가 어떻게 느꼈는지 상상할 수 있습니다. Aron과 Racula에서받은 도움과 지원이 더 좋을 수 없었기 때문에 우리는 Marsol에서 예약 된 것이 운이 좋았습니다. 그들은 올바른 시간에 올바른 장소에서 올바른 사람들이었습니다. 그들은 침착하고 동정심이 강했고 우리에게 현명한 조언을 해주었습니다. 그들은 여권을 찾거나 교체하는 단계를 거쳐가는 가장 좋은 방법을 알고 있었고, 가져갈 수있는 최고의 운송 수단을 가지고 모든 생각과 계획이 우리를 위해 이루어 졌을 정도로 우리를 위해 모든 예약을했다. 우리는 어디에서 시작해야할지 알지 못했을 것입니다. 그들은 작은 것들도 우리를 도왔습니다. 아론은 세탁소를 찾을 수 없을 때 우리 세탁소를 가져 가서 우리를 위해 그것을 할 것을 제안했습니다. 라루카는 아침 뷔페가 열리기 전에 출발 한 바르셀로나로 돌아가는 초기 열차를 타도록 준비된 피크닉을했습니다. 이러한 작은 친절 행위는 우리에게 변화의 세계를 만들었습니다. 위치나 레스토랑, 바 등 아론과 라쿨라보다 마르솔에 더 많은 것이 있지만 우리가 가장 필요할 때 얻은 서비스는 결코 잊지 못할 것입니다.

Lovely hotel. Staff are all so nice and helpful. Very clean, maids go above and beyond. Room left so fresh and clean everyday. Clean towels everyday. Reception staff really helpful, our transfere was not on the notice board, I tried calling no joy, spoke in Spanish then English but I really couldn't make out what they said. The girl on reception was on it straight away and got all sorted. Very approachable staff in all departments. Food was good to, as one of my friends is so so picky.You will not go hungry, good variety. Heard people complain..... Come on, you wouldn't be having 2 meats and fish at home as well as salad and soup. Plus there is a snack bar with crisps and icecream, burger and hotdog and sandwiches, nuts etc. The drink was spot on to. Would definately go back. Only complaints are no music around the pool area, no one comes out to tell you abt bingo etc at pool area and the toilets, having to go down stairs. I still had an amazing holiday at Villa Garbi Park with my 2 friends and will defo go back.

We visited for my 30th birthday, we stayed for 3 nights, 4 days and I would return immediately. Brilliant hotel with amazing facilities, couldn’t make any complaints. Their roof top pools are amazing, our hotel room faced the pool and the breakfast was delicious! I am gluten free (coeliac) and every morning I was given a baguette, pastry and muffin, along with options on the buffet. We also ate in the hotel for the last night and it was great. I’d actually recommend checking their website as it was cheaper than booking through booking.com etc and you got a welcome cocktail, later checkout and a hat or bag of choice! Perfect location, great staff, I read that people said it’s a calm oasis in the hustle and bustle of lloret de mar and I couldn’t agree more! We loved it and 100% will return if we come back to Lloret. Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable room and clean tidy hotel, there were some very noisy people in the surrounding rooms to ours so sleep at night was poor due to lots of noise, music and banging doors. I’m sure this doesn’t happen all of the time. Half board (breakfast &dinner) was ok, reasonable selection of dishes. Didn’t like that you couldn’t just have a jug of water for evening meal (had to pay for bottled) which seemed a bit stingey to us. It was extra per day for the rooftop terrace so didn’t visit that. Nice outdoor seating by the pool with a bar close by. Overall would stay again but hope for a quieter room!

The food is fabulous. We tried the dinner and breakfast buffet, both are fantastic!! Highly recommend the dinner buffet, they provided unlimited seafood and cooked right in front of you and unlimited dessert.they kept refilling dessert even after 9:30pm. (The dinner lasts from 7:30-9:30pm)I like the chef as he always smiled and give us a generous amount of food! There were yummy steak, pork, salmon, cheese, salmoni. And for the dessert, they also got ice cream and chocolate waterfall!!!! Really recommend ordering their dinner and is really worth it!

나는 호텔을 너무 좋아했다. 나는 아무것도 기대하지 않았기 때문에 감동을 받았다. 그러나 호텔은 정말로 좋았다! 나는 3 박을했고 그것은 나를 위해 놀랄만한 체재이었다. 나는 토사에서 생일을 보내기로 결정했다. 호텔은 멋진 정원 전망을 갖춘 정말 좋은 방 (리셉션의 소년에게 감사드립니다. 당신의 보살핌은 많이 감사합니다)을 제공했습니다. 크고 아름다운 magnolia가 자라고 있습니다. 호텔은 나에게 생일 선물을 주었다. 작은 카바 병이었습니다. 음.. 주의를 많이 주셔서 감사합니다. 당신의 측면에서 너무 좋았습니다. 방은 완벽한 킹 사이즈 침대로 컸습니다. 나는 매일 청소 서비스를 받았다! 아침 식사는 너무 맛있었고 내 체류에 포함시키는 것이 올바른 결정이었습니다. 호텔은 어디에서나 깨끗합니다. 벽에 멋진 그림이 걸려 있습니다. 또한 4 층에 수영장이 있습니다. 사진을 첨부합니다. 분위기가 너무 편안합니다. 거기에 바가 있습니다. 수영장에서 일광욕을 하고 칵테일을 곁들인 책을 읽으며 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다! 숙박 에이 호텔을 추천합니다! 아침 식사를 포함하는 것을 잊지 마십시오 :) 내가 한 것처럼 당신의 체류를 즐기십시오! Hotel staff wonderfully helpful. The restaurant food was excellent and self service breakfast had fantastic choice of fresh produce and cooked foods. Views from room were of beautiful clean beach. Spa was great and the whole hotel had a very high quality of cleanliness and I cannot fault the room in any way. I misplaced room key twice and there was no charge on either occasion and reception staff were very helpful in giving replacements and also there is a safe in the room which is also free of charge which was a bonus and the shower is amazing with four different settings.would definetly recommend this hotel.
