Excellent stay, lovely hotel. we was given a lovely sea view room and a bottle of bubbly because it was our wedding anniversary! Very clean hotel and the breakfast was lovely and everything was presented very nice. Drink from the bar was a good price too.

This was booked via "last minute dot com", hotel was advertised as 4 stars (it wasn't). Lots of the standard amenities on the last minute website were not apparent (e.g. Iron and Ironing board in every room), but also everything you would expect of a 4 star hotel were "additional extras" such as parking (16 euros per day), safe access (5 euros per day). That said the staff were awesome and friendly and lovely to my son, so I forgive them a lot of problems. However the biggest problem was they accept block bookings from large parties, which ruined the last two days of our vacation. If you are young and get a cheap deal go for it, if you are a miserable old git like me with kids - avoid... A big call out to Ibrahim who was my favorite person on the staff...

Just booked yesterday ! The staff at reception is so rude and honestly regret it already , the manager seems lovely but couldn’t help with rooms. Booked 4 people and got one room , when asked to change to two rooms although we were told yes at first and told to wait for an hour, then we were told it would be an additional €25 per night ! the hotel is empty and looks completely closed Honestly huge dissapointment Not a family friendly hotel :( I wouldn’t mind paying extra but not after waiting an hour and being told off so rudely

What a lovely hotel!!! We stayed here recently, a small group of mums with older children & were extremely impressed… amazing staff , super friendly & helpful, rooms were immaculately clean, pool areas lovely & very well made tasty cocktails by the bar staff. Very convenient to walk to beach, supermarket & restaurants also. We will definitely be back soon ! Thank you

As a solo woman travelling alone for the first time I was slightly anxious however the staff made me feel very welcomed and safe, specially the bar staff, one being Mauri. The cocktails were lovely and reasonably priced. Hotel was basic but didn’t need much just the sun and the pool, very close to the beach and bars around a 5 minute walk. I’ll definitely return at some point.

Clean rooms ..modern interior . Excellent staff . Pool area very clean and great sunbeds . Breakfast was top rate. I would recommend this hotel . The beach and shops are in walking distance ..slight hill on the way back but nothing bad . Don't let it out you off .

I visited here alone for 3 nights. The coach drops you down the road as it cannot turn by the hotel Staff in reception are lovely. I was offered a welcome drink whilst waiting for my room to be ready at 2pm. I discovered that my balcony door was broken yet on reporting this it was swiftly fixed Dinner was buffet style. To be honest, there wasn't much to choose from and with 2 types of veal I bowed out. Staff were lovely. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The quieter end. I found some lovely tapas amongst the seafood restaurants. Turn right to head into the heart of Lloret. Be aware that it's an uphill walk home. My room was spacious but view of the back of the hotel wasn't the best. Not the hotel's fault. 2 very small pools have plenty of beds. Note that the front poolside is viewable from the street. The rear has 4 day beds which are very comfortable Poolside food from 1pm is OK. There is nothing happening around the hotel so not suitable for anyone wanting any kind of entertainment. No reps, nothing. The hotel seems very much more of a base than a place to spend your day I wouldn't personally return as the standard of food, location and amenities weren't what I would usually choose. However, for a quiet 3 nights alone it was more than suffice. Special mention to all staff, reception, restaurant, bar. Really nice, friendly, helpful people

Modern and cosy hotel with all needed amenities. Two swimming pools, big lobby and small bar with good Sangrias :) Special compliments for the staff of the restaurant, food was very delicious. Hotel staff is very kind and always willing to make your stay even more comfortable. Rooms could be bit bigger for two weeks stay but as there are so much to see outside-room is just to take a short sleep :) They cleaned our room every day but balcony could be maintained better. In general, very good hotel which will help you to have nice and comfortable vacation and stay. Thank you Alegria Sun Village! See you soon again :)
