'部屋までの段差が無いことは良かったが、車椅子に座ったまま、トイレに入れなかったので、宿泊できなかった。 しかし親切なホテルオーナーが、無料でキャンセルをしてくれた。'

'這個酒店的工作人員是非常非常熱情的，其實也在政的中心，我記得衹有六個房間，上樓梯時感覺不太好，也是沒有電梯，但是特別帥的那個帥哥會把你的行李幫你提上去，我住的是六號房間，感覺還是在小鎮，非常愜意的，這個小鎮有種世外桃源的感覺'

'We chose this location because it's very near to the cathedral, within 3-5 mins, where we need to attend an important cathedral service. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 queen size beds and a single bed, a big dining room and living room, one toilet. We had 4 people staying at the apartment. It would be ideal if there is one more toilet as the apartment is target for 5 people to stay. The kitchen amenities are sufficient, clean and tidy. It would be good if the host could install a washing machine. Ely is a small city, restaurants, coffee shops, small supermarket, Boots are nearby. If you are going to Ely by train, be aware there's a distance from the train station to the apartment (a bit sloping road), especially if you are bringing heavy luggage. The host was very nice who allowed us to extend an hour on the check out day without a charge.'

'The team at the Lamb went above and beyond: we had booked a dog-free room due to allergies and were shown to a room that had been deep cleaned by housekeeping to make extra sure that it would be as allergen free as possible. However, that room was on the ground floor,  and upon request we were able to switch to a first-floor room, the last free room available that night. It was just as clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Lamb team for being so flexible and accommodating.'

'送孩子上學定的酒店，離學校非常近，（當然整個伊利鎮就很小）步行到哪裡都很近。房間比英國一般的房間要大，房內設施和齊全，服務人員很熱情友好。在這個安靜祥和的小鎮，下雨發發呆也是很美的一件事'

'It has very much a home feel to it. The only part that was unusual is when I arrived no one was there. Through the help of other guests checking in cards were taped to the keys with our names on them. Dinner was available upon request. And a good meal it was. Breakfast was included and it was good. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets.,room was comfortable as well and it was quiet'

'The best place in the UK for honeymoon, scenic view of Ely Cathedal from the yard of hotel, and fireplace is usable!!'
