Excellent hotel so central to everything.Breakfast lovely and hotel spotlessly clean .All staff very polite and helpful would definitely return again .We had room with balcony to front of hotel and would Def recommend as nice sitting people watching .Cannot think of one complaint at all highly recommend.

First time in Jesolo and Falkensteiner hotel, and it won't be our last, from the moment we stepped in the hotel, we felt so welcome, check-in was smooth and they took time to show us around and escort us to the room. The rooms are light the bed was comfortable and we had a side view of the beach. Hotel is quite modern and bright 🌞. Breakfast had a nice wide selection to choose from was very well presented. The beach is right on your doorstep sunbeds and umbrella is included, service on the beach was supper fast and staff there are always around so you don't have to wait to find someone. They are extremely attentive.. The restaurant Hoku food was amazing and again service impeccable. On our last night we went to the main restaurant where there is a buffet, it was impressive indeed a wide range of food from seafood' salads, pizza, pasta etc there is also a main course menu for you to select from. Gym was also well equipped. They have a spa but I didn't go on this visit I was too busy on the beach. 🤣. The hotel is like 10 mins walk to a small town where there is pharmacy, shops and cafe and restaurants. One thing to take away from our stay is that every single staff member greated us whenever passing, always smiling.. It was a breath of fresh air to stay here with excellant service. See you soon 👍

My room was the best one, very clear and enough Daylight. Ich bin sehr Zufrieden mit die Leute und das Essen, alles super. Next time I Will Stay at this Hotel and recomend to other People because the Price was according to the Place, I think it was cheap for all the services. Im very thankfull and hope come here again.

Ho soggiornato in una camera standard di questo hotel per una vacanza a Jesolo. Già dall'arrivo ho notato la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff (che ci ha aiutati a parcheggiare, accompagnati in stanza dandoci alcune informazioni riguardanti l' hotel e portato i nostri bagagli). Le camere sono accoglienti ma leggermente piccole, con poche prese elettriche e sprovviste di serratura per la porta del bagno; tuttavia sono dotate di cassaforte e frigobar contenente due bottiglie da 0,5L di acqua (una frizzante e una naturale) consumabili gratuitamente. Nel bagno viene fornito un set di cortesia comprendente dei saponi per le mani e dei flaconi di bagnoschiuma; gli asciugamani vengono cambiati quotidianamente dal personale delle pulizie (anch'esso molto disponibile verso i clienti) e la doccia è dotata di cromoterapia. La piscina è accessibile gratuitamente ma i lettini sono fruibili a pagamento (€10/giorno), dotata di idromassaggio e con un bar dove si possono gustare degli ottimi cocktail. Il ristorante, situato di fronte mare, offre un menù alla carta e cibo di ottima qualità per pranzo e cena; colazione a buffet ma non altrettanto ottima (a mio parere più simile a quella di un hotel a 3 stelle). I cani sono ammessi (pagando un supplemento di €20/giorno), possono stare in ogni area dell'hotel (inclusi ristorante e piscina) e al momento del check-in la reception consegna ai clienti un piccolo regalo di benvenuto per il nostro amico a 4 zampe (dei sacchettini igienici, un sacchetto di croccantini e una ciotola). Un ulteriore punto su cui si potrebbe migliorare è l'illuminazione, in quanto le luci dei corridoi sono fioche, lasciando il corridoio stesso nella penombra durante le ore notturne. Nel complesso, ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consiglierei a chiunque.

It was the location and the appearance of this hotel was what we were attracted to. Beach front location close to shops, bars and a number of restaurants. Our room was above the main street entrance, we had requested a sea/pool view but we were informed that if we booked with Jet 2 you were allocated in the front of the hotel as there was no option when booking for a sea view even if you requested it, but it wasn't a big problem. It was a comfortable room with an electric shutter that cut out any night time noise and it help keep the room cool. If you only book B&B you have the option of booking for the evening meal on a day to day by checking the menu that is presented to you at breakfast or it is available from the front desk where you can book diner at an extra cost. We tried it on a couple of nights but then we opted to use a local bar across the street facing the square and a brilliant restaurant called the Gente di Mare (recommend this place to eat)on the main ***** only a short walk from the hotel, very good food at a reasonable price. As so many have pointed out you have to pay 10 euros a day for a pool side lounger but you get 2 loungers free including a brolly on the beach so why would you bother paying 10 euros. As i said we booked this hotel mainly for it's location, we were able to book excursions to Venice, Lake Garda and Verona through the Jet2 rep, well worth the money although you don't get much time at Lake Garda. The hotel breakfast is ok there should be something to please everyone. The beach is good but a little crowded, good and safe to swim in the sea. There is only entertainment once a week which is a little disappointing but there is usually something on in the square opposite. But taking everything into consideration it was a good holiday and not a bad hotel at all.
