I had a 5 days stays in this hotel, and overall I am satisfied and I will come again. Some things we appreciated: - the front desk staff - very kind, very helpful, 5 stars for this experience - cleanliness - excellent, all the hotel is shining - all the hotel looks new (furniture, carpets, etc.) - the hotel has its own area on the beach, very comfortable for guests to enjoy the sea (no extra costs) - the position is good, in an area full of good restaurants and shops and there is not too much noise around - the beach is super clean, well organized (showers, change rooms), low noise (no music) , limited options for drinks and food. The level of the sea is growing slowly, very good for kids. Some things can be improved: - serving time for meals, too big. For breakfast, the buffet was transformed in one staff show, serving customers. So sometimes waiting time is big, if you need something after you have to wait again - an unpleasant experience. Of course, this measure was adopted as Covid protection, but seams also to be a way of making savings. - the quality of the dinner was mediocre, lot of quantity but less quality. and again, that problem with serving. For dinner, we spent more than 1 hour, which is too much, buffet is served by a staff, very attentive on quantity and less to customer experience - the attitude of the meals serving staff was unpolite, unkindly and unfriendly Some things i wish I knew before taking a decision for booking or planning, but cannot be changed: - the rooms are small, does not looks like 16 sqm. Maybe if we include bathroom and balcony.... but there is not too much space for big luggage - the hotel is not in the first line for the beach, so "partial sea view" is a small space between two other buildings - the parking is rather a storage for cars, once parked is very difficult to use the car. Anytime you need assistance for the parking staff, moving other cars to make a space. So if you plan to make daily trips by car, forget it.
