Hotel Helios

I had a 5 days stays in this hotel, and overall I am satisfied and I will come again. Some things we appreciated: - the front desk staff - very kind, very helpful, 5 stars for this experience - cleanliness - excellent, all the hotel is shining - all the hotel looks new (furniture, carpets, etc.) - the hotel has its own area on the beach, very comfortable for guests to enjoy the sea (no extra costs) - the position is good, in an area full of good restaurants and shops and there is not too much noise around - the beach is super clean, well organized (showers, change rooms), low noise (no music) , limited options for drinks and food. The level of the sea is growing slowly, very good for kids. Some things can be improved: - serving time for meals, too big. For breakfast, the buffet was transformed in one staff show, serving customers. So sometimes waiting time is big, if you need something after you have to wait again - an unpleasant experience. Of course, this measure was adopted as Covid protection, but seams also to be a way of making savings. - the quality of the dinner was mediocre, lot of quantity but less quality. and again, that problem with serving. For dinner, we spent more than 1 hour, which is too much, buffet is served by a staff, very attentive on quantity and less to customer experience - the attitude of the meals serving staff was unpolite, unkindly and unfriendly Some things i wish I knew before taking a decision for booking or planning, but cannot be changed: - the rooms are small, does not looks like 16 sqm. Maybe if we include bathroom and balcony.... but there is not too much space for big luggage - the hotel is not in the first line for the beach, so "partial sea view" is a small space between two other buildings - the parking is rather a storage for cars, once parked is very difficult to use the car. Anytime you need assistance for the parking staff, moving other cars to make a space. So if you plan to make daily trips by car, forget it.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June and our stay here was fantastic apart from a bad AC unit. The hotel is situated perfectly, with included parking. The staff here spoke very good German and was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was small, but had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was very good. Our balcony had a view of the beach. The only downside was the AC unit. It was pointed at the bed, blowing cold air over us as we slept, which was very uncomfortable. It was also set up in a way that it would shut off at the set temperature, but instantly turn on again as soon as the room got a little warmer. This led to it turning on and off at a rythm of about 60 seconds during the night. A very annoying situation. We had to turn it off to sleep, but then the room got very warm throughout the night. Apart from the bad AC experience, this hotel was wonderful to stay at.

Hotel non all'altezza delle sue 4 stelle. Ospitalità, accoglienza e pulizia non sono state ritrovate durante la mia vacanza. La pulizia in modo particolare nel bagno privato della stanza. Altro punto a sfavore la cucina non preparata adeguatamente ad allergie e intolleranze alimentari. Ho soggiornato due notti nelle quali sono stata male per entrambi i giorni per problemi alimentari legati ad un allergia al latte non capita con la giusta gravità. Unico fattore positivo, la posizione sul mare.

Due adulti ed un bambino abbiamo prenotato con oltre un mese di anticipo: abbiamo prenotato una stanza Family da 22 mq con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto a castello. Ci hanno dato una standard da 16mq con brandina per il bambino che aperta non lasciava nemmeno il passaggio verso il balcone. (Faccio inoltre presente che il balcone che loro descrivono con vista o mare o piscina era con vista copertura ingresso/altri edifici). Chiediamo chiarimenti in reception e ci viene detto che la family che abbiamo prenotato non era disponibile al momento della nostra prenotazione. E quindi perché ce l’hanno fatta pagare come tale? Avvisare prima,no!? Per non parlare della pulizia..anche questo abbiamo dovuto far presente in reception che, scusandosi con due caffè, ha provato a rimediare per ben due volte ma senza alcun esito e dando delle motivazioni che ad un cliente non devono interessare affatto. Allego la foto successiva alla seconda “intensa” pulizia..per non parlare della simpatia e competenza del personale, che a parer nostro solamente uno scarso 50% possiede.

Hotel ist in sehr zentraler Lage. Nähe Supermarkt, Restaurants, Geschäfte… Stand Gleich um die Ecke🤩. Es gibt dort einen Super Swimmingpool. Das Hotelstaff ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht um die Gäste. Hunger hat man auch nicht, denn das Frühstück und Abendessen ist reichlich. Vielen Dank an alle im Hotel. Ich komme wieder so bald wie möglich.

Hotel molto bello, a 100 m dal mare e a 20 metri da un supermercato e da una ottima gelateria/bar. Dotato di un parcheggio gratuito e di una piscina esterna bellissima, con idromassaggio. Sdraio e ombrellone sempre disponibili. Camera standard con balcone molto confortevole con tutto il necessario (letto comodo, bagno grande). Abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette (servizio incluso nel prezzo perciò gratis). Colazione buona, c'è di tutto (forse manca la possdi prendere la crepes o qualche piatto cucinato al momento). Personale gentilissimo. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Ich danke dem Hotelstaff: POALA UND ALBERTA IN DER REZEPTION. Danke für eure Bemühungen und Topservice. Ihr seid Superfreundlich. Eure Freundlichkeit macht das Hotel erst richtig gemütlich. Dann noch die lieben und fleißigen Serviceleute, die für das kulinarische Wohl sorgen: MARIZA, CHIANA, FATY und JENNY und Chef IVAN. DANKE EUCH. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück ist ein Hammer. Das Hotel ist gut geführt. Sauberkeit und Ordnung machen sich sehr gut. DasReinigungspersonal ist sehr sehr flink und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral-Das Meer ist um die Ecke und ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Pool und Meeresblick. Ich komme wieder. Isolde Austriaco 🥰

ho aspettato un pò a scrivere la mia recensione perchè volevo vedere se altre persone che avevano soggiornato nel nostro periodo potevano pensarla come noi. parto col dire che abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni in agosto nel periodo centrale, prenotazione eseguita 3 gg prima, non conoscevamo l'hotel ma telefonicamente tra quelli interpellati ci è sembrato il migliore. confermo la gentilezza di tutto il personale (forse una cameriera al ristorante un pò sgarbata...), la pulizia di tutte le zone, la bella piscina ad uso gratuito con lettini e gazebo con divanetti all'ombra. colazione a buffet servito molto varia ed abbondante. ci sono delle cose però che non ci sono piaciute, considerando le quattro stelle dell'hotel e il prezzo pagato. eravamo in quattro, la nostra camera era una matrimoniale con letto a castello, con spazi abbastanza striminziti, un piccolissimo balconcino senza privacy, senza possibilità di stendere asciugamani o costumi bagnati. se la colazione era di nostro gradimento la cena un pò meno, non abbiamo mangiato male ma da un hotel così ti aspetti dell'altro, piatti abbastanza monotoni, verdure a buffet sempre uguali. a volte anche i tempi erano lunghissimi, pur sapendo già cosa dovevano portarti (si ordinava la sera prima...). anche il servizio spiaggia era compreso, però gli ombrelloni erano veramente ravvicinati, mai visti così neanche in periodo pre-covid. anche in questo secondo me un hotel di questa categoria dovrebbe fare delle scelte.

Scoperto tramite booking, questo hotel dista pochi metri dalla spiaggia che è compresa anche nella formula mezxa pensione. Le reception ha saputo accontentarmi nelle mie richieste in fase prenotazione, la camera era piuttosto piccola ma con grandi punti di forza: bagno finestrato (che a mio parere è fondamentale), tutto rimodernato con doccia a nicchia, tapparelle elettriche comodissime, frigobar, cassaforte e balcone con vista piscina e laterale verso il mare dato che l hotel resta in seconda fila. Il cibo è buono, dessert ripetitivi ma devo anche ammettere di aver cenato solamente 2 sere, al contrario delle receptionist, la ragazza del servizio ristorante non è per niente carina (o forse non le sono piaciuta io a pelle),ma fortunatamente non è stato motivo per rovinare questo speciale weekend ricorderò con piacere jesolo e l hotel helios.
