Il giardino è in comune con l’altro unico appartamento del piccolo condominio dove abita mia sorella.Io sarò a disposizione il più possibile limitatamente ai miei orari di lavoro. Al telefono sempre raggiungibile.Atmosfera tipica di quartiere di paese. Case, palazzine caratterizzano la via. Tranquillità e quiete regnano sovrane.L’auto è il mezzo migliore per muoversi ma a piedi sono raggiungibili alcuni negozi, bar, piccolo alimentari e le poste. Supermercati 15 minuti a piedi. La fermata del bus è a 5 minuti. Il centro di Padova è a 5 km raggiungibile sia in auto che in bus.“la casa di Emilio” è un appartamento che ho ereditato dalla zia e che ho dedicato al mio cane Emilio. Ha quindi un grande valore e chiedo a tutti gli ospiti di portate rispetto per ogni suo angolo. Si chiede inoltre di togliere le scarpe fuori dalla porta ed entrare con ciabatte o scalzi.E' severamente vietato fumare.Non sono permessi party o feste.
