Great staff and facilities quite it is not a hotel it is an apar**ent with all the facilities to make the trip memorable we will be back

Quiet relaxing Clean. No Complaints. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was great. Rooms were quiet at night.

Definitely not a resort. Not clean, no amenities, limited transportation (especially to the *****) You have the basics needs nearby, Starbucks, Dennis, Wingstop and Chinese food. I will highly recommend getting a car if you are staying longer the. 2 days.

The front desk staff were helpful on check-in, letting me have the room a couple of hours early, so I am giving them extra credit for that. I had a studio, and it was plenty large enough, although without a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and I had a view of the pool. I would say the bath tub is quite high to step over to get into the shower, so not suitable for anyone less mobile. The pool was a lovely temperature, and had lots of sunloungers in the sun and shade. There were 2 main negatived for me, one was that housekeeping banged on my door when the 'Do Not Disturb' was on and it was an hour before my check-out time. The other was the dead roches in the pool (I understand they get in there, but I would see to see them cleaned out more frequently)

Seems like an old apar**ent building converted to a timeshare the Wi-Fi is terrible parking is sometimes full there's nothing in the lobby as far as food or amenities the pool is nice nothing walking distance

The room itself is fine, it is certainly nothing fancy, although you wouldn't expect it to be with the price. You could describe the hotel the same way. The walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors conversations on either side of me. The location is about a 10-15 minute drive to the *****, I certainly wouldn't be walking it. The shuttle is of course a nice option as well. It's also a shame there is no bar or restaurant, it would definitely improve the whole experience in my opinion. Would I recommend staying here for a couple of nights? Sure Would I recommend staying here for a week or 2? No It's also a timeshare which I wasn't aware of at the time of booking.

I have stayed a couple of times here and have been happy with it BUT this time I was very disappointed in my room. My husband has allergies to pet dander and I learned that they do not have any rooms that pets are not allowed in. Went to the front desk and asked for clean bedding and was told they would come in and clean the room and this never happened. After one week here with husband who is handicapped and placed on the 3rd floor and the pet dander I left with a sick husband making my trip very disappointing this time.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the ***** and the grocery store is a much appreciated bonus. There is a very nice pool area with a hot tub and bbqs.

The resort is clean and the room was spacious. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location is not great as the area surrounding the resort was rough, food options not great, and with all the road construction happening, it took 40 minutes to get down to the ***** which is only 2-3 miles away.
