2023년 기념일을 맞아 쉐라톤에 묵었는데 너무 감동해서 4월 24일에 두 번째 투숙을 예약했습니다. 호텔 전체에 걸쳐 고객 서비스가 다른 호텔에 비해 뒤지지 않습니다. 개인적인 요청을 처리하는 데 있어서 우리의 기대를 뛰어넘는 Elena와 Tom에 대한 특별한 언급입니다. 우리는 호텔의 멋진 야외 공간에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 가든룸에 묵었습니다. 방은 매일 새로워졌고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 강력한 물 공급을 제공하는 욕조와 별도의 대형 샤워실을 갖춘 넓은 욕실. 온수 수영장의 온도는 딱 적당했고 언제든지 일광욕 의자와 그늘을 찾을 수 있었습니다. 우리는 올해 B&B에 머물면서 현지 레스토랑 몇 군데를 시험해 볼 기회를 얻었지만 지금까지 최고의 식사는 호텔의 아시아 테마 레스토랑이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 다양한 빵, 고기, 훈제 연어, 카바 한잔과 함께 제공되며 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 따뜻한 조식 뷔페는 영국 외 지역 최고의 구운 돼지고기 소시지를 제공했습니다! 매일 저녁 피아노 바에서 즐기는 엔터테인먼트는 훌륭했으며 우리 아이들은 다 자랐지만 어린아이들을 위한 추가적인 엔터테인먼트도 있었습니다. 이미 우리 생일을 축하하기 위해 11월 및/또는 3월에 재방문을 계획하고 있습니다.

Si quieres pasar las peores vacaciones de tu vida en Fuerteventura, alojate en LAS PIRÁMIDES. Nada,pero nada recomendable. Muebles viejos y rotos. Sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Nada más entrar y suponiendo que ya limpio, nos encontramos pelos negros en la barra cocina y en el baño. Las puertas rotas y descuidadas. La cerradura de la puerta, nada d fiar, con un tornillo y listo. Los cubiertos, había una única cucharilla d café. Nada para fregar loza, ni paños. Un simple enchufe en la cocina. La barra d la cocina donde se comía amanecía llena d hormigas. Las hamacas del apartamento sucias, viejas y rotas. La zona piscina, un asco!! El agua turbia y bichos flotando y todo el rato llena de moscas. Los bordes de la piscina rotos. Los pisos de la piscina todos sucios con colillas y basura. Carros de mercadona q t ofrecía la recepción para trasladar los bultos a los apartamentos... En general UN ASCO TODO! Y menos mal que sólo pasamos 1 dia! Y 81€ por esa basura de sitio. Me imagino los q hayan pagado por una semana o más... De echo un matrimonio de un apartamento vecino, llegó, vio lo visto, la señora del matrimonio hasta llorando estaba... Y al rato se largaron con todos los bultos y maletas después de estar un rato con la señora de la recepción.

I absolutely loved the staff. All very friendly and attentive. I was upgraded to a sea view room on arrival which I thought was so nice. The cleaners were lovely and were full of smiles. On check-out I was really impressed with the service, my transfer company didn't give me a pickup time and the receptionist rang them up to confirm my pickup time and meeting spot which was so lovely! He was very professional, held onto my suitcase until I was due to catch my transfer and saw me coming and handed me my case as soon as he saw me arriving in the door! Absolutely amazing! The room was so fabulous. The bed was very comfy. Amazing position facing the sun. I didn't even need to use a sunbed I had a great time sunbathing on the balcony haha. Shower fabulous. Shower floor was very weird being concrete but I didn't have much of a problem. Only issue was the fridge which took so long to refrigerate anything. Location perfect. Yumbo 2 minutes away. Lgbt popular hotel. What happens in Ritual stays in Ritual ;) All in all, amazing hotel. I really want to come back.

Hotel sans prétention, propre et personnel sympathique. Situé dans une rue piétonne sympa. 15 min de l aéroport. Nous avons eu la chambre 20 qui donne sur une terrasse extérieure agréable. Qualité Prix très bon. Parking au sous sol de l hôtel gratuit.

We have just returned from a 10 day family holiday at dreams. We had a room overlooking the kids slide pool and stayed on an All Inclusive basis. The hotel is stunning and is refurbished to a very high standard. The lobby and communal areas are beautiful & have a very luxurious feel. Our room was perfect for us - clean & comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily to a good standard and the mini bar is replenished with drinks daily. The beds and linens are very comfortable - we slept really well our entire trip. Small gripe we weren’t given towels 2 days but we were able to order them on the app to be delivered to our room. The food in the hotel does vary in terms of quality. Breakfast in the world cafe is great - plenty of options to choose from and generally something for everyone. To be honest I can’t really say the same about lunch and dinner in the buffet, we only had dinner once and lunch once, and neither time were we impressed much. The coco cafe is a lovely alternative if you don’t mind a lighter lunch or some cake/coffee instead. They do a great caramel frappe and they also have some really yummy ice creams - our daughter loved it there. The A La Carte restaurants are much better , although again standards vary. Our favourite was Portofino closely followed by The Bluewater Grill. The asparagus & Iberian ham soup is gorgeous! Sabor had great starters and desserts but the mains were a little hit & miss. Himitsu was a bit of a let down for us. We stayed at Dreams in the Caribbean and Himitsu was our favourite, however my husband had a green seafood curry that was neither green nor curry. He said it was like drinking a salty soup. The chocolate dessert again wasn’t great, not a 5* offering. My main feedback or hopefully constructive criticism would be lack of consistency. I ordered the same dish two nights in a row - first night amazing - second night just ok. We also had a few occasions where we ordered the same thing but they came out looking different. Or dishes advertised as containing certain ingredients but arriving without.If things could just be a bit more consistent it would really improve the experience. One of my favourite things about the hotel is the staff. I’ve got to say that whilst there were times I could see that they need more, the ones that are there are incredibly hard working, passionate and professional. We were treated like family from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I’d like to give a special mention to Maria & Sarah at the kids club who were great with our little girl. Victoria at the Marlin bar who helped me practice my Spanish - she’s a gem! Hugo & Denisa on the entertainment team - so much fun and laughter had with these two. And in the restaurants Aaron, Gorka & Marcos always made us feel so welcome and taken care of. And of course Daniel - every hotel should have a Daniel he is just so lovely and makes your guest experience very special. Our daughter was delighted every time she saw him. O

바다 전망이있는 아파트에서 일주일 동안 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 멋진 전망과 방에서 바다를 듣는 것이 좋습니다. 나는 장소에 에어컨이 없기 때문에 약간 두려웠지만 밤의 방 온도는 정말 시원했습니다 (4 월). Correlajo에도 바람이 많이 불어서 정말 더울 때까지 나쁘지 않다고 상상할 수 있습니다. 방의 좋은 시설, 머물기에 좋은 예산 장소. 넓은 수영장. 공정한 바 가격. 훌륭한 위치. 물건을 얻기 위해 도보로 몇 분 거리에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있으며 주요 버스 정류장에서 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. apar ***ent는 몇 곳에서 약간의 먼지가 필요했습니다 (그러나 나는 약간 깨끗한 괴물입니다).
