바로 해안가에 있습니다. 방 업그레이드가 있었어요 훌륭한 공장과 시설 조식 뷔페는 훌륭하지만 카페는 먹을 수 없습니다. 수영장 의자에 너무 가까이 누워 있으면 거의 밀실공포증이 생길 정도입니다. 하지만 그렇지 않으면 모두가 매우 친절했습니다.

4인 가족. 우리는 방에 어린이 침대를 놓을 것을 요구했고 호텔은 그 요청에 도움이 되었습니다. 메인 레스토랑의 서비스는 좋았고 직원들은 매우 친절했으며 아이들과 함께 매우 좋은 환영을 받았습니다. 우리가 풀보드였기 때문에 음식은 약간 똑같았으므로 하프보드를 추천합니다. 근처에 상점이 있으므로 필요한 경우 슈퍼마켓에서 간식을 구입할 수 있습니다. 풀사이드 레스토랑의 서비스는 매우 느렸습니다. 어린 아이를 데리고 한참을 기다렸는데도 바의 단골이 나보다 먼저 나온 것도 약간의 편애인 것 같아 아쉬웠다. 수영장은 훌륭했고 많은 수영장과 훌륭한 어린이 수영장이었습니다. 이 호텔에 두 번째 방문. 4년전 첫방문도 굉장했고 이번방문도 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

여기는 항상 아름답습니다. 훌륭한 직원. 어린이를 위한 엔터테인먼트가 많고 어린이 수영장이 훌륭하여 가족에게 사랑스럽습니다.

좋은 호텔 - 몇 년 동안 왔습니다. 조금 피곤할 수도 있지만 서비스, 음식 및 위치는 모두 매우 좋습니다.

Came to the Sheraton for some winter sun and a weeks relaxation after Christmas. The hotel is a €20 taxi ride from the airport and takes around 20 minutes. Once at the hotel you are met by friendly reception staff, who are efficient and cannot do enough for you. Acknowledgment was made of our Bonvoy Status, which was greatly appreciated. Once checked in we were offered a cool drink of juice or bubbles as a welcome to the hotel. We were appointed a Seaview deluxe room on the fourth floor, before going here I did not appreciate how big the hotel was, but it is a large property. The room was large, being fully tiled with a typical décor of the region and it was spotless. The bathroom has separated sink area, toilet/bidet and bath shower area, which was again fully tiled. The whole room was clean with well-appointed and maintained décor and furnishings. We had a king bed and the linen and mattress were extremely comfortable leading to many nights enjoyable rest. The room had a large balcony with great views over the bay and was furnished with good quality chairs and table, to relax in for your morning coffee and afternoon peppermint tea!! Once we had settled into to our new abode for the next seven nights, a knock came at the door and we were presented with an ice-cold bottle of bubbles and a plate of macaroons as a complementary welcome gift. Which was a generous gesture. Breakfast was a buffet offering and there was so much choice, I feel for the number of people staying at the hotel the staff manage it really well. When there are issues, which will always occur with a hotel this size, the management and staff appear to address it and you do not see the issue again. All the restaurant staff could not do enough for you. The food is of excellent quality and there are some lovely breads, meats, cereals etc. Also, they do a vast hot plate section if you so wish it. As the food choice in the resort area was not to our choice and those that possibly were had closed for a holiday break, we ate most nights in the hotel buffet. Again, the selection was good ranging from themed evenings, with fresh crab, prawns, oysters, fish, meat and also selected hot pre prepared food. It was nice to have your meat or fish freshly cooked and accompanied by some fresh salad or cooked vegetables. For mass catering the food quality was exceptional. The local wines were nice too and reasonably priced for the range of hotel. The hotel is ideally located on a flat promenade within gated grounds that are immaculately maintained. There is a sandy beach across the path from the hotel, which was great for small children if the pools and activities within the hotel become too boring for them. During our visit there were no problems finding a spare lounger as there are a lot around the pools, however, you still get the “towel brigade” who feel they have to select their own by throwing down a towel and then not using it for hours! Just back from a fantastic week at this spacious, clean, welcoming hotel. The staff are first class, hospitality at its very finest. The pools can get a bit lively, but just outside the back gate is a glorious beach, which was a little quieter. Although my children are now adults, anyone with young children would have a holiday to remember here.

The hotel is very nice, just a bit tired in places. The room we were in had a good layout for a family, for example the toilet and the shower/bath are in two separate areas with doors, with two sinks in-between. It allowed the family to use different parts of the bathroom at the same time. We were breakfast only, but the food was very good but there was a lack of labelling. For example, for vegetarians and vegans the croquettes, which are often just potato based, had bacon in them but there was no way of knowing. And sometimes you weren't able to tell what the item actually was as there was no label at all. They had many non dairy milk options. Overall the breakfast selection was very good, and it even had barista type coffee available! There were enough sunbeds for everyone so there wasn't a rush to get them. Towels are provided if you ask reception. There is one heated pool, a slightly less warm pool, a cold pool, and a children's pool. Be warned, even the heated pools are not super warm. Throughout the day Multiple activities were run, such as water polo (for both kids and adults), archery, aquarobics, football, aqua spin and aqua trampolining. They had something for everyone. The animation team, were amazing running the activities, especially Olga. The evening entertainment was a variety of live singers at the piano bar. The bar staff were amazing. Willy made the experience especially entertaining and welcoming. Overall the decor was a bit dated but the hotel and staff make for a nice atmosphere, and we'd happily stay again!

The management and staff are exceptional and do everything in their power to ensure an enjoyable stay. We chose half board because the range of food available is tremendous and delicious. How did we know that? This was our seventh visit, so they must be doing something right! There are three pools plus a pool for small children and an indoor pool. Take a walk out of the hotel grounds and you are on La Guirra beach, it’s that close.
