컴포트 스위트 유니버시티 라스크루서스(Comfort Suites University Las Cruces)

Very comfortable bed and quiet room even though it was close to the highway. Not far from the old town Mesilla area with yummy restaurants and to the university.

Very old hotel. I guess it’s okay for a quick stay but not for a family with young children. The AC didn’t work majority of the time and the elevator is kind of scary.

When we arrived at 4:00pm (check in at 3:00pm) we were informed the rooms were ready but they were not able to get us on the same floor. We walked to our room and discover the door wide open, linens off the beds, and clearly not ready to stay. When we spoke to the front desk person, he informed us the hotel was completely booked and no rooms were available (overheard him telling other customers the same thing later) and we would have to come back in 1.5 hours. With 7 children in tow, this was not an option. We asked to speak to a manager, and he stated there was no manager on duty. When asked for a refund, he stated the payment wouldn’t be processed for 2-3 days but would be happy to email a confirmation of the refund. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for said email, a manager miraculously appeared and informed him over half the rooms on the second floor were available and there was no need to refund. We ended up staying, but wish we had just taken the refund. The tile in the elevator was broken and haphazardly taped, causing us to trip nearly every time upon entering.

Our door wouldn't lock and it was like that the whole time we were there even though we reported it. We also didn't receive housekeeping. Cups were always out in the places they offered drinks. They seem a little understaffed. That said, it was decent in all the other ways. Kids enjoyed the pool. The room smelled nice when we checked in. Beds/pillows were comfortable.

The rooms were good but the bat tube was leaching. Service was good too. Breakfast was on point.

The room was very spacious and incredibly clean. Service was excellent and the fresh baked cookies in the lobby were delicious. Breakfast was delicous and they had a lot to offer.

The forks and the spoons should be in the same spot at the beginning, and at the end of the line where you eat some people come through the right some people go through the left they were complaining about not finding spoons the hot water and the coffee are too far away from the food

Overall nice property but our room had malfunction with air conditioner. Would not cool. One outlet connected to refridgerator was dead.

Very quiet. It was clean. Bed was a litrle too firm for my body but it was ok. I wish they would serve more veegetables or fruits for the breakfast buffet.
