Amazing clean friendly staff and well equipped apartments..the staff went the extra mile when my partner left his mobile in a taxi. They contacted the taxi firm who located the driver and phone . This was delivered back to the apartments the following morning. Would definitely recommend these apartments short stroll downhill to main restaurants bars etc. Taxi back recommended but only a few euros! Highly recommend Playa Mar restaurant on the main ***** food to die for! All cooked fresh on a bbq and very attentive staff. Look forward to coming back soon hopefully!

This was our third stay in 12m, again it delivered a wonderful relaxing holiday. Guinate is an oasis of calm, gentle background music drifts around the pool, and a pleasant breeze balances the hot sun. Patricio, the manager, strikes the perfect balance between warm hospitality & professional assurance. His calm, confident presence ensures everything runs smoothly, making guests feel both safe & genuinely cared for. The high standards across the complex are consistently maintained from the pristine pool to the beautifully kept plants and shrubs, a special mention to the housekeeping team, especially Maritza & Nati whose hardwork and cheerful smiles and helpful nature add a personal touch. The apartments attract a lovely mix of guests, creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere. The spacious rooms and large bathroom make you feel at home. Each apartment has its own sun facing balcony. With sunbeds always available, it's the perfect place for a fantastic holiday. See you in November 😎

Really spacious apartment, very clean with everything you need including a Nespresso machine. The staff were so friendly and helpful, Vladimir was so accommodating at the cafe bar couldn’t be more friendly, lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers and only a short walk from the town, beach or shopping centres. Taxi service was great too, very quick. Would definitely stay again

Nice clean and friendly place. Staff are excellent, it's great for a nice chilled out break. It's in a good quiet location between the old and new town.

I just wanted to warn people that we turned up after 11pm to find the hotel shut. There was a number to call to open a keybox but our phones couldn't connect. There were other families also stuck outside. Luckily a couple already staying there turned up after a while and helped us to get in touch with someone. I genuinely thought we'd have to sleep outside until reception opened in the morning which would have been hard with two neurodiverse kids. Other than that we had a lovely time. The place was quiet, very close to town and apartment large which was great for our daughter who is autistic and struggles with the louder hotels. Staff were lovely and friendly. Not really what you want if you like something more lively but was fine for us.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing family holiday, welcoming and helpful staff, didn’t have to wake up early to get loungers as there are plenty to choose from at any point throughout the day, would definitely return. Lovely food and drinks served from 11-8 daily, All rooms and facilities are exceptionally clean, thanks to all the staff.
