기나테 클럽 아파르타멘토스(Guinate Club Apartamentos)

My family recently visited the Guinate Club. We are comprised of 2 adults, a teenager and 3 under 11. We stayed in apt 134. The apt itself was massively spacious. The 2bedrooms are very big. The complex is lovely, it’s small but has everything you need. The pool bar is lovely and not too over priced. Cardiac hill is probably the most direct route to take but after nearly giving us a cardiac arrest one day , we Found an alternative route to go and stuck with it. Sofa bed sleeps two - the main couch and the pull out. While not a big deal the sofa bed wasn’t made up but no extra linen or pillows were left bar the spare duvet they had in the wardrobe. That could definitely be improved on. The drains in the bathroom stink. We left the window open to try combat that, I think we got use to the smell. There probably isn’t much that the staff can do about it. Two crickets were in our room but the complex leave bug spray under the sink. I sprayed the likely places and curtains and didn’t hear them again. If you have mobility issues the complex might not be for you solely with the amount of uphill/downhill that you will do to go to the ***** or old town. We will come back to stay again, it’s a lovely complex and all the staff were lovely.

Wow!!! The cocktails are to die for they taste amazing full of flavour plenty of love and care been made by the most friendliest bar man Uladimir he carn't do enough for us. Generous amounts of alcohol these cocktails go down so well in the beautiful sun I don’t want to leave this place thank you Guinate club for our wonder stay. Will definitely be back ❤️

Fantastic cocktails and drinks at the pool bar! They serve food too which has never disappointed! Great service from the bar manager called Vladimir i think! Such friendly service from him and very accommodating! Fast service and always very happy!

Wow! Here now, can’t fault this place at all. Best apar**ents I have ever stayed in. Rooms are very spacious and have everything you need, all spotlessly clean, all laid out in the drawers, immaculate. Bathroom/toilet….wow…it’s huge. I am still amazed by it all. Staff are lovely, very friendly, and the cleaners and maintenance man never stop. Barman is just lovely, always smiling and chatty…males a big difference. Nothing a problem for reception staff, got us extra pillows, gave us directions to friends hotel. The lovely Lara on reception sorted us a late check out which is much appreciated. But…I do have one fault…….we have to go home…..but will definitely return. I’ve totally fallen in love with Lanzarote and it’s definitely due to the wonderful stay at the Guinate club apar**ents

We got our holiday at a bargain price, so with that in mind have no huge complaints, however if the hotel wanted to get a better rating from us there are a few things they could really easily improve. The toilets in the apar**ent had a sign saying you couldn't flush paper down them, and to use the bin provided, which is honestly a bit revolting... The bin had a broken lid so you had to lift it with your hands each time you used it (and there was no hand soap in the dispenser!) - They would have absolutely been aware it was broken, and could have replaced it for less than a fiver. We arrived on Monday morning and by Wednesday I had to ask for the bin to be emptied as the whole apar**ent smelled dreadful. If you're expected to put used toilet paper in a bin, it needs emptying every. single. day. Without question. More so in 24 degree heat! Being self catering, I'd have happily emptied it myself daily if they'd provided spare bin bags and a note of where I could empty it to. I'm not sure if this is a Lanzarote thing, as we've not been before... The bathroom was central in the apar**ent with no window, and was damp. you could see the damp in the plaster around all the walls, and it smelled after being shut up for the day. No quick fix for this, but be aware if it's going to bother you! In the apar**ent there was only a long list of 'dont's' provided - I would have loved a friendlier welcome note with information regarding the pool bar menu and opening times, telling us there was a laundry room, or where we could dispose of rubbish ourselves (we found out on the last day by chance!). The kitchenette was basic, but ok. The fridge door didn't really close properly and as other reviews have said that's not really acceptable. I appreciate it was self catering, but a cheap, disposable dishcloth, some washing up liquid (or a sign telling you there was a bottle in the laundry room you could help yourself to a squirt of), and handsoap in the bathroom would have been a lovely touch. When flying from the UK, you don't take these things with you, and don't want to buy full bottles when you're only staying five nights. The sofa bed was horrific, and we were relying on it as the 'third bedroom' they advertised as we have Boy / Girl teenagers that we wouldn't have expected to share a room. We couldn't even sit on it as a sofa, it was that uncomfortable, and our poor Son had to sleep on it for a full week! It was grubby, lumpy, and had seen far better days. There was no bedding provided for it either, we had to find a sheet from elsewhere late at night once we realised. Vlad, who runs the bar, was amazing, we really enjoyed his company. Danny the maintenance guy was so friendly and chatty too. The receptionists (we saw three while we were there) weren't particularly friendly, we had to force eye contact to get a good morning out of them as we left, and they didn't really acknowledge us on our return each day. We went late April just for a five day mini break. Our apar**ent was spotless, big living area and big bathroom, the living room and kitchen area was also quite spacious, half of the doors in the kitchen were hanging off and the fridge door didn't close properly meaning everything went off. On our second night we were woken up to a fire alarm going off, it went off all night, no one came to sort it until mid morning, meaning we had a disturbed sleep all night. On our third day we were woken up early to workers angle grinding around the pool, we weren't made aware that this was going to take place and this lasted until around 3pm, we couldn't use the pool or sit on the loungers around the pool because of all the dust and horrendous noise, when we spoke to the staff about it they didn't even apologise. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

We have stayed at Guinate club apar**ent complex over the past number of years twice a year & can not fault them at all, we find the personnel at the complex very friendly & helpful, the apar**ents are spotless & well equipped with everything you need for your holiday & cleaned on a regular basis, pool area again spotless with plenty of sun beds(no problem),pool side bar run by Vladimir very pleasant & helpful good menu & reasonably priced & always served with a smile. To the management & staff thank you for our pleasant & peaceful stay at the complex looking forward to seeing you all again in October 2024. Patrick & Mary.

Absolutely spotless pool was amazing the staff couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely come back yes it's higher up from the main ***** but only a 10 min walk I would suggest taxi back as hill coming back is steep. That said it didn't bother us and we are in our 50s Poolside bar was a little pricey but still much cheaper than home in the UK Like I said can't wait to come back

We’d come back ! Staying at Club Guinate right now ! Apar**ent is spacious clean bright and modern The pool is not very big but is very nice and very clean Reception and pool bar staff pleasant and helpful. Just enjoyed a lovely lunch made by Vladimir at the pool bar very tasty , good value and excellent service with a smile 👌 10 minute walk in any direction will get you to lots of lovely bars and places to eat like the Old Town Harbour , the busy ***** and the quieter lovely bars and restaurants towards Los Pocillos are all easily reachable.
