Excellent as always. Very friendly and efficient staff. Spotlessly clean and great value for money. Pools are top class and the food although basic is very good and also very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate recommending this place .

Very Outdated. Sockets hanging out of the walls. Towels was changed twice in the 9 Days of our stay. Reception was no help, and had no time to bother to help. Zero Air-con in rooms. Had to paid €10 deposit for Tv remote for TV. Cockroaches hanging out ceiling in the Shower/Toilet room. Swimming pool was great. No rush to Sun lounges as there was plenty. There was a small café which served food and drink beside pool. Nice staff. Overall disappointed.

You get what you pay for, cheap & cheerful. The location was perfect for young people who have no problem coming home up Cardic hill. We travelled in a large group, with my elderly grandparents. They unfortunately were in a 2 bed apartment which was way up the back up of the complex with numerous stairs up. We were unaware of this so please be advised to look for a location near the front of the complex. There was 4 pools, which were all perfect. Although the sun loungers up at the back pool were very poor, and could do with been replaced. The main issue I had with the apartments was the cleaning! We were there for 2 wks, the beds were only changed once. The cleaner only came in and emptied the bins and gave fresh towels. Although we swept the floor daily they never mopped.

Plenty of space around the pool areas. Very clean. Apartments are basic but spotless, cleaners every day or second day. It's a perfect family hotel if you're not looking for anything too fancy. The only issue is it can be a bit noisy at night. We had two small kids and trying to get them asleep when neighbours blared music was tricky but that's no fault of the hotel.

Had a fantastic family break in May 2025! The hotel's a 2-star, but it easily deserves more. The staff were super friendly and professional, the rooms were huge, clean, and in perfect shape, and the pool was spotless – they cleaned it every day. It's centrally located, even if it's uphill, and close to everything and the beach. Great place for the holiday. Highly recommend 👌

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment although the night we arrived there was very strong smells until we aired the room out but it was all quite clean other than blood stains on the steps outside and on the patio. The pool bar was great and the staff were very friendly and the food was reasonably priced and the pools themselves were very clean and well kept. It was just a pity that the Sun loungers weren’t released until 10 am every morning. Be prepared for a lot of steps and some of the areas are a little unkempt. I’m not sure what was going on with the Green area. It just seemed a bit gross. The sun loungers are very comfortable and there are plenty of them and no carry on trying to reserve a good area.
