Came for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Only disappointment is that there is no gluten free dairy free options for breakfast other than oranges, bananas and orange juice. However for those that can eat the breakfast it is great.

This was a very nice hotel . Located in the center of the city access to most everything . Staff very pleasant . Room clean .

저희는 앰웨이 호텔에 몇 번 묵었는데, 그랜드래피즈에서 가장 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다. 서비스는 언제나 훌륭하고, 시설도 아름답고, MDRD 레스토랑의 음식도 정말 맛있어서 절대 실망시키지 않습니다. 전기차 충전소가 있으면 더 좋겠지만, 다행히 자매 회사인 메리어트 호텔이 한 블록 거리에 있어서 거기에 전기차를 주차할 수 있습니다.

Beautiful room, great location. I stayed in the winter and the weather was cold and I could not get warm, but I live in a hot climate, so that's not unexpected. No room cleanings during my stay, which is strange, but I could ask for more supplies and towels by text or email and they provided everything I asked for. I would stay here again.

Every time we choose this hotel when we are in Grand Rapids, nice people and good breakfast.

Lobby furniture broken down and old Food stains on the carpet in lobby Bathroom door in room was broken and old Front desk help was excellent and kind .... Shuttle driver was very good in morning

서비스는 매우 도움이되었습니다. 시간 이후에 도착할 예정이었기 때문에 내 방의 키 카드에 접근하는 방법을 알려 주었습니다. 내부의 하이라이트 지도는 내 방을 찾기에 좋았습니다. 그늘이 열려 있고 TV뿐만 아니라 몇 개의 조명도 켜져 있기 때문에 처음 방에 도착했을 때 조금 긴장했습니다. 방에 이미 누군가가 있는 것 같은 기분이 들었습니다. 열쇠를 들고 방에 들어가 주변을 둘러보았지만 아무도 없었다. 이 호텔이 위치한 지역은 좋습니다. 근처에 많은 쇼핑 및 음식 공간이 있습니다. 방은 꽤 깨끗했지만 희미한 연기 냄새가 났습니다. 문 옆 방의 그늘 중 하나를 닫는 방법을 볼 수 없었기 때문에 긴장했습니다. 왜냐하면 그 다음에는 방을 볼 수 있었기 때문입니다. 그리고 그 창을 보면 침대 공간을 직접 볼 수 있었습니다. 그 지역을 잘 모르기 때문에 약간 불편했습니다.
