Great Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through. Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used. Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

최근 홀리데이 인 익스프레스 휴스턴 다운타운에 묵었는데 정말 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 시내 관광 명소, 레스토랑, 고속도로 근처에 편리하게 위치해 있어 시내를 편리하게 돌아다닐 수 있었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 잘 관리되어 있었고, 편안한 침대, 넉넉한 콘센트, 그리고 빠른 Wi-Fi 등 필요한 모든 편의시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 휴스턴 날씨에 필수적인 에어컨도 완벽하게 작동했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 전문적이었으며, 길 안내나 지역 추천 정보를 항상 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 프런트 데스크 체크인과 체크아웃은 원활하고 효율적이었습니다. 아침 식사는 예상치 못한 즐거움이었습니다. 계란, 소시지, 팬케이크, 신선한 과일 등 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식이 다양하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 아침 식사 공간은 깨끗하고 아침 내내 음식이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 주차도 편리하고 안전했으며, 전반적으로 조용하고 안전해서 출장객과 레저 여행객 모두에게 이상적인 곳이었습니다. 전반적으로 휴스턴에서 편안하고 저렴하며 위치 좋은 숙소를 찾는 모든 분들께 홀리데이 인 익스프레스 휴스턴 다운타운을 강력 추천합니다.

Room is comfortable front desk and manager are nice. Housekeeping is good in a good location close to where you want to go.

시설이 좀 낡아서 다들 맨날 하고있어요! 주변 환경이 조용하고 안전합니다! 프론트에서 환전가능, 인덕션, 냉장고, 전자레인지 사용이 너무 간편해서 후라이팬, 볶음, 튀김 스테이크 많이 사서 먹었어요!

방은 깨끗했지만 누수가 있었고 wifi는 rm 109에서 매우 약했습니다. 근무중인 젊은 여성은 매우 도움이되었고 좋았습니다.
