매우 만족스럽고 환경도 좋습니다

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas, el baño es amplio, cuenta con amenidades y agua caliente. Me gustó el servicio de cafetería 24 hrs. que incluye la estadía, el desayuno es simple pero estaba bien. Solo como punto negativo es que elegí este hotel por estar cerca del estadio Akron pero no es accesible caminando, caminando no está accesible a nada, ni siquiera el oxxo que esta cruzando la avenida.

It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection. One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there.

저는 호텔이 정말 마음에 들었어요. 매우 깨끗하고, 직원도 친절했고, 객실 상태도 훌륭했어요. 의심할 여지 없이 다시 묵고 싶어요.

空港からタクシーで30〜40分かかりますが早朝や深夜ならばもう少し早く移動出来ます。私はチェックイン時間より早く着きましたが問題なく部屋を用意してくれました。部屋は清潔でシャワーの水圧も充分です。一つ残念なのは冷蔵庫が無かった事ですがホテル内に氷のペンディングマシン有るので不便は無かったです。またホテル前はショッピングモールとスーパーマーケットが有り、飲食店も多数有るのでとても便利でした！

There was no hot water in shower when I needed it at night.  No, I wasn't there in summer.  It was November and cold between 50F-60F outside at night.  Tried the front desk but it was dark and closed.  May be staff was inside but I didn't want to wake them at 3am to check the water.  Room is very clean and all linens are bright white.   AC is good and In room safe available.  Convenient store opens 24hrs and an outdoor shopping mall is right next to the hotel.

우리는 남편과 콘서트에 갔기 때문에 늦게 도착했고 이미 호텔에 늦게 일어나 휴식을 취할 준비가 되어 피곤했습니다. 같은 층에 말 그대로 복도 전체에서 경주를 하는 어린이 축구 그룹이 있었고 모든 폐에 노래를 불렀습니다.. 오전 7시 30분에 나는 서서 리셉션에 그를 표시하여 누군가를 일으키지 않았습니다.. 8시 30분이었고 아이들은 계속해서 6층 홀을 따라 뛰어놀고 9시 직전에 경비원이 방으로 들어가라고 했습니다(그들이 단체로 갔기 때문에) 그때 우리는 아무것도 쉴 수 없이 일어나야 했다.. 그들이 당신에게 준 작은 진지함에 매우 실망했다.. 그들은 체크 아웃 할 때만 말했다: 사과
