슬립 인 과달라하라 갈레리아스(Sleep Inn Guadalajara Galerias)

Fuimos mi esposo y yo a un concierto, por tanto llegamos tarde y cansados ya al hotel dispuestos a despertarnos tarde y descansados, estaba en el mismo piso un grupo de fútbol infantil que literal hacían carreras por todo el pasillo, cantando a todo pulmón.. a eso de las 7:30 am ya no aguanté y le marque a recepción para que subiera alguien de seguridad.. eran las 8:30 y los niños seguían corriendo y jugando a lo largo del pasillo del piso 6, un poco antes de las 9am el de seguridad les pidio que se metieran a sus recámaras (porque iban en grupos) para ese entonces nos tuvimos que levantar sin haber podido descansar nada.. muy decepcionados de la poca seriedad que le dieron.. solo se limitaron a decir al momento del check out: una disculpa

Hotel muy bien ubicado con los servicios completos y buena comodidad

Muy bonito el personal muy amable sinceramente todo bien solo que el desayuno si deberían de variarle mas barato no es el hospedaje y pues solo te dan lo mismo yo dure 1 semana y lo mismo chilaquiles que a veces me tocaron verlos que parecía sopa de tortilla de aguados frijoles y 3 días me tocaron saladisimos y los huevos con jamón o salchicha si deben mejorar eso ya que para uno que estuvo 1 semana al 3 días tuve que salir a buscar de desayunar por que ya era difícil desayunar ahí por los puntos que toque pero en general todo bien !!

Todo estuvo excelente la atención el personal muy amable un pequeño detalle me pareció que no barrieron bien mi habitación

Las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas. La atención deja mucho que desear ya que me dieron una habitación que no correspondía aún, por error de ellos de sobregirar habitaciones. De cortesía me dieron los desayunos gratis y quedaron de ofrecer un descuento adicional para próxima estadía, cosa que nunca sucedió.

We had initially booked a double room for our family of four, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, upon our arrival, we were shocked to discover that our reservation had been inexplicably switched to a single room. Despite presenting our original booking confirmation, the staff displayed a shocking lack of responsibility and customer service skills. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or offer any viable solution to accommodate our family. We were left in a lurch, with no empathy or assistance from the hotel staff. The situation was not just inconvenient but completely unacceptable. The dismissive attitude of the staff only added insult to injury. It is appalling that a reputed hotel would handle a booking error with such negligence and disregard for guest satisfaction. We had to scramble for last-minute alternatives and I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking with this hotel, as they seem incapable of managing reservations effectively or caring for their guests' comfort and needs.

The bathroom in our room was filthy.The shower curtain was soiled, shower not cleaned walls and floor were dirty. Had double beds, linen on both beds had yellow brown spots. We requested change of linens which took a while. Will not recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is located very close to Plaza Galerias, which is an upscale mall. The layout for the hotel is odd. The lobby was filled with screaming kids who were running rampant in the lobby and throwing items. The attendant did absolutely nothing to stop the kids. The hotel room floor was dirty and the beds where very hard and uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast was mediocre.

My stay in SleepInn was not happy. I suffered a lot because of the conditioned air, all hotel long is sealed and there is no fresh air coming from outside, all you can breathe is conditioned air and that caused me a throat disease. I also notice that the Conditioned Air was not working fine and when arriving at the end of the day when I wanted to refresh the room it just never happened in all the night. If you have a room facing the back of the hotel certainly you will find a very warm room when you arrive. I chose to stay here because of the review and qualifications but I would not come back next time.
