'Okay the room wasn’t the best cleaned i must say. Because there was a contact lens trash on the bathroom floor. But overall it was a good hotel for its price. Breakfast is normally better at double tree hotels with jam in little canned glass which is better quality but this hotel lacked it. Other than that the location is definitely something to be kept in mind. It takes approximately 50 minutes to go to the center with m1 or t1 bus. But on a Sunday those busses run on either 20 or 30 min intervals so it’s quite a bit of a hassle. I didnt try the pool or the gym but they looked good i must say. What i also found a bit annoying is that i got my room at exactly 3pm.. it wasn’t ready before but it’s a luck issue.'

'Very Clean hotel and fantastic staff. Ours was a business trip so the rooms didn't have great lighting, so it wasn't easy to work in the evening. But for a leisure trip it was a perfect location and I love how enthusiastic the staff were and also the general feel was a positive one'

'와! 어디서부터 이야기해야 할까요? 버스 여행과 렌터카 GPS 오류로 인한 엉뚱한 길 안내 때문에 스트레스가 많았는데, 이곳에 도착하니 모든 고생이 보상받는 기분이었어요. 우선, 내부와 외부 모두 정말 고급스럽고 세련된 분위기였어요. 마치 대저택 같았어요. 객실은 제가 영국에서 묵었던 어떤 방보다 훨씬 넓었고, 난방도 잘 되고, 소파와 베이 윈도우까지 완벽했어요. 호텔 곳곳에 멋진 라운지 공간이 많았고, 바는 오랜 시간 운영했는데, 알피라는 직원이 최고의 서비스와 친절함을 보여줬어요. 특히 아침 식사를 세심하게 챙겨주는 알리시아, 프런트 데스크의 릴리와 셰이도 정말 친절했어요. 셰이는 작은 문제가 있었는데, 늦은 시간이었음에도 불구하고 최선을 다해 해결해 주었어요. 이곳은 가격 대비 정말 훌륭하고, 브리스톨에 방문하는 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다. 조금 돌아가는 길이긴 하지만, 렌터카나 우버를 이용하는 데 드는 추가 비용을 생각하면 충분히 그럴 만한 가치가 있습니다.
