익익명 사용자Very well located within approx 15mins from train station, and 3mins to airport bus stop. Also easy to walk to all tourist hot spots and shops/restaurants. Very friendly all receptionists, specially Nada was great with helping me check public transportation to out of town tourist spots. Request for a a quiet room was met. Air con large firm bed very soft pillows, small but functional shower toilet room with on the wall cleansing creams etc. Facing inner court yrd with small window so can let in freash air if needed. Room might be on tight side if got very big luggage. For the location and welcoming reception, defo recommend.

리리뷰어Great little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre.
Genuinely friendly and helpful staff!
Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge.
The room itself is on the small side but nice.
Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion.
The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened)
Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger

TThierry*Accueil et Service:* L'arrivée à 16h s'est déroulée rapidement avec un check-in efficace. Cependant, des frais de 3,60€ par nuit et une caution de 150€ ont été demandés. Une fiche récapitulative des services proposés par l'hôtel était fournie. Il est important de réserver un créneau horaire pour le spa/hammam. La salle de remise en forme est bien équipée avec des horaires étendus.
*Chambre:* Mon appart-hôtel offrait un grand lit double, une baignoire, une planche à repasser avec fer, un coffre-fort, un aspirateur et une TV. La kitchenette était bien équipée avec réfrigérateur, machine à café, vaisselle, plaques, grille-pain et bouilloire, ainsi qu'un micro-ondes.
*Emplacement:* La proximité de l'hôtel à deux minutes à pied de la gare est extrêmement pratique.
*Propreté:* Tout était impeccable à mon arrivée, avec un service de ménage quotidien.
*Remarques:* Cependant, l'établissement pourrait améliorer la disponibilité des produits d'hygiène tels que le rasoir pour Monsieur, la brosse à dent et le dentifrice. Les échantillons de gel douche-shampoing étaient assez petits. Le sèche serviettes ne fonctionnait pas.
Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été agréable, mais quelques petites améliorations pourraient rendre l'expérience encore meilleure.
Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet établissement.

SSophia HackerI stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality.
On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.

SStéphane 00전화로 처음 연락했는데, 마리엠이 따뜻하게 맞아주셨어요. 제가 아무것도 부탁하지 않았는데도 숙박을 더 좋게 만들어 주겠다고 하셨고, 평소에도 그렇게 하시는 걸 보면 자연스러워서 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 공용 공간은 완전히 리모델링되어 매우 아늑하고, 객실은 침실 높이에 맞춰 새롭게 단장되었습니다. 수영장은 모든 창문이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 아직 테스트해보지 않았지만 매우 다양해 보였습니다. 주차는 안전합니다. 작은 팁: 차를 가지고 돌아다니다가 뒷문 비밀번호를 받는 대로 뒷문 근처에 주차하세요. 앞문은 공간이 협소하거든요.

B&B Hotel Toulouse – Review
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Cité de l’Espace. We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV.
However, there were several drawbacks.
We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey.
The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening.
The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much.
The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat.
Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person.
No carpets in the rooms.

유일한 단점은 호텔이 약간 구식이고 내 욕실이 약간 지저분하다는 것입니다. 업데이트가 필요합니다. 또한 침대 옆에 충전 포인트가 없었습니다. 그리고 체크인 시와 같은 리셉션에 여러 번 왔고, 내가 내려준 열쇠를 모으기 위해 다른 날에도 아무도 없었고 몇 번이나 누르더라도 아무도 벨에 응답하지 않았습니다. 이것은 개선되어야 합니다.
그렇지 않으면 나는 좋은 숙박을했다.
