노보텔 툴루즈 상트르 콤판 카파렐(Novotel Toulouse Centre Compans Caffarelli)

Tres bien placé au calme, situé juste derriere le parc Compans Caffarelli et le jardin japonais. Toures les commodités à proximité de l hôtel à pied : metro a 5 min a pied, centre commercial , bus, canal du midi a qq min et si on vient par le périphérique c est à qq min en voiture de la sortie du périph. L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre aussi. Le personnel est très aimable et souriant notamment le responsable en salle du restaurant de l hôtel. Restaurant : dommage que le choix sur la carte ne change pas plus souvent. Sinn de bons produits frais, et plats copieux. La salade césar énorme, magnifique, excellente et tres bien présentée. Excellente literie Et aucun bruit ds le couloir ou provenant des chzmbres Un petit bémol les chaines télé : pas accès à toutes les chaines qd ns y étions et comme c était le we la personne qui s en occupe n etait pas présente

Le personne de mon Check out était vraiment irrespectueuse, agressive ,malcommode et parlait mal 😣. elle nous a carrément poursuivi dans le hall avant l heure du check out soit disant on essayait de s enfuir sans régler la facture du petit déjeuné de la veille ( d’ailleurs juste un croissant et un café ) je lui ai expliqué que je faisais juste un tour !!! Elle voulait pas elle s acharnait sur moi on dirait que de base elle me connaissait . Service à la clientèle à revoir car franchement 0/100 ce niveau ils n ont aucun respect .

More work to do to warm the atmosphere of the lobby and the rooms. I could not control the room temperature. The area is quiet and don't expect to find shops or restaurants around although you are in the city center. I was unfortunate to have my room window giving on a wall.

Such a lovely friendly Hotel , the staff just couldn't be nicer. I was visiting with my daughter watching the Samoa v Japan Rugby game and the facilities were fantastic - felt like home and relaxes with the little touches in the entrance area of hotel , games , fitness , video game , table tenis. When I go back to Toulouse, I will definitely be staying here. Thanks from Chris and Elsie

We stayed at this hotel for a week as a family of three and really enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect and we loved the swimming pool. The staff in the bar are really friendly and welcoming. We have to say that the food was beautiful. Only thing is the price is a little bit pricey for food and drink but sure that’s life.

Return visit to this establishment . Located out of town but easy access by public transport.

As expected for a Novotel hotel, clean, well-organized, restaurant, pool, service, and personnel. Our only concern was the exterior appearance of the property from the front. Upon arrival from the airport, it does not look very inviting. Overgrown ****s, and a dirty appearance, we were not sure if it was the right place until we saw the Novotel hotel signs. This REALLY needs to be worked on.

The hotel is located a 15 minute stroll from the old city centre and a 15 minute bus or taxi ride from Toulouse airport and approx. 30 minutes walk from Toulouse Rugby stadium walking along the canal du midi On arrival check in was super quick and easy, the receptionist spoke good English. Our rooms were located on the third floor. The rooms are large and the beds are massive and were really comfortable so sleeping wasn't an issue. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and also had breakfast one morning and the food was good quality, portions were a good size and prices were comparable with restaurants in town. The hotel has a nice sun terrace where you can eat and drink and it is also by the pool which is a fair size (15 metres long) with comfortable sun chairs and foot rests. All of the staff we met in the hotel were super friendly and always wanted to have a conversation with you which was really personable. I would have not hesitation staying here again and I will definitely be returning to the beautiful city of Toulouse.
