넓은 객실. 침실과 거실분리됨. 직원들 친절함. 역과 가까워 짐 놓고 관광지와 맛집 등 도보로 가능. 반대쪽 역주변 쇼핑몰도 있어 도보로 쇼핑 가능.

다시 한번 막시무스에서의 완벽한 휴가였습니다! 여기에 가본 적이 없다면 읽어보고 찾고 있는 것이 맞는지 확인하세요. 분명히 여기서 며칠 밤을 보낼 수도 있지만 이 곳을 정말 특별하게 만드는 것은 스파, 웰니스, 사우나 행사 등을 독특하게 제공한다는 것입니다. 우리의 기대를 결코 충족시키지 못합니다.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average. Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok. Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea. Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

The hotel was small, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the free mini- bar- a lovely touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and it had a powerful shower. The only negative is that it was too hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air con although fans were provided but didn't cool it down sufficiently. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, hot options, a good selection of pastries and cereals. The coffee machine was confusing- sometimes it was free and sometimes I was told that it wasn't (although I never actually paid). I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre but there are trams available. It would be helpful to have details of the trams/buses into the centre in the hotel room. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

호텔은 오래되었지만 괜찮고, 리셉션에서 선물을 주고 객실에 와인 한 병을 주는 것부터 엘리베이터 앞에 사과를 놓고 조식 때 스파클링 와인 한 잔을 주는 것까지 무료로 제공하는 것이 많습니다. 제가 마음에 들지 않은 점은 라디에이터가 제대로 작동하지 않았고 객실이 꽤 추웠고, 도시를 바라보는 객실은 약간 시끄러웠지만 도시 전망은 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 지불한 돈에 비해 좋은 품질이었습니다.

The apartment is very close to the bus terminal and most of the tourist attractions. It also has a lift, which is very handy, and the room is spacious and clean. The only disappointing aspect was that it was difficult to get hold of anyone quickly when we had an issue. If the management improves its customer service, the apartment would be like a five-star hotel! I will definitely be coming back.

화장실에 샤워기나 욕조는 없었지만, 그 외에는 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다.

프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 효율적이고 전문적이었습니다. 체크인 시 호텔 시설과 영업시간 등 필요한 모든 정보를 제공해 주었습니다. 또한 두 개의 eFI 호텔과 시내 레스토랑에서 사용할 수 있는 웰컴 드링크 바우처도 주었습니다. 무료 호텔 셔틀 서비스도 매우 편리했습니다! 객실은 매우 넓었고, 비품과 인테리어는 모두 새것처럼 실용적이었습니다. 다만 욕실 건조대가 따뜻하지 않았고, 객실에 에어컨이 없어서 가끔 온도가 너무 높아서 환기가 잘 안 되어 창문을 열어야 했습니다. 유료 조식 뷔페는 다양하고 품질도 좋았으며, 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌었습니다!

위치와 근처 상가들이 많아 편했지만 체크인 과정에 불필요한 이슈로 시간낭비를 했네요. 저뿐만아니라 다른 한국인분들도 똑같은 이슈로 체크인 과정에서 오래걸리시더라구요
