이 호텔은 도심 중심부에 위치한 최적의 입지부터 세련된 인테리어와 친절한 직원까지, 최고의 경험을 선사합니다. 공용 공간과 객실은 독특한 개성으로 가득하며, 편안함과 매력이 완벽하게 조화를 이룹니다. 버스 정류장과 기차역에서 도보로 단 8분 거리에 있어 주요 관광 명소와 다양한 식당을 편리하게 이용할 수 있어 브르노를 여행하는 여행객에게 최적의 장소입니다.

The hotel was small, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the free mini- bar- a lovely touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and it had a powerful shower. The only negative is that it was too hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air con although fans were provided but didn't cool it down sufficiently. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, hot options, a good selection of pastries and cereals. The coffee machine was confusing- sometimes it was free and sometimes I was told that it wasn't (although I never actually paid). I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre but there are trams available. It would be helpful to have details of the trams/buses into the centre in the hotel room. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average. Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok. Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea. Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

매우 깨끗하고 편안한 객실 덕분에 집처럼 편안했습니다. 시내 중심가와 가깝고 훌륭한 네팔 레스토랑에서도 걸어서 몇 걸음 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 조식은 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 다만, 호텔 앞 공용 주차장 이용료를 미리 알려주면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 24시간 기준 30유로입니다.

호텔은 오래되었지만 괜찮고, 리셉션에서 선물을 주고 객실에 와인 한 병을 주는 것부터 엘리베이터 앞에 사과를 놓고 조식 때 스파클링 와인 한 잔을 주는 것까지 무료로 제공하는 것이 많습니다. 제가 마음에 들지 않은 점은 라디에이터가 제대로 작동하지 않았고 객실이 꽤 추웠고, 도시를 바라보는 객실은 약간 시끄러웠지만 도시 전망은 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 지불한 돈에 비해 좋은 품질이었습니다.

호텔은 시내 외곽에 위치해 지역 상점가와 거리가 있습니다. 하지만 입구에 버스 정류장이 있어 시내 중심가, 중앙역 등으로 이동할 수 있습니다. 날씨가 더워서 에어컨이 부족해서 불편했지만, 선풍기는 잘 작동했습니다. 객실은 넓고 창문이 커서 좋았고, 매일 청소 서비스도 좋았습니다. 작은 문제들은 신속하게 처리되었습니다.

The apartment is very close to the bus terminal and most of the tourist attractions. It also has a lift, which is very handy, and the room is spacious and clean. The only disappointing aspect was that it was difficult to get hold of anyone quickly when we had an issue. If the management improves its customer service, the apartment would be like a five-star hotel! I will definitely be coming back.

화장실에 샤워기나 욕조는 없었지만, 그 외에는 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다.

호텔이 깔끔한 편은 아니지만 하루 이틀 그럭저럭 잘만합니다! 그리고 프런트 직원분은 친절했어요. 이건 그리고 다른 얘기지만 브르노는 하루만 있어도 충분하다고 생각합니다.
