I loved the fast check in. Friendly staff. Our room was big, bed was great. I did not like that we had to pay to park at yhe hotel.

Thank you, your front desk woman there on Friday and Saturday morning was the most amazingly kind woman.

clean, convenient, roomy for a family of 4. Near train track so could be noisy. Beds not the most comfortable. Never heard other guests. Hot breakfast in am lovely. The staff was probably the kindest I have encountered. Eager to assist. It was rainy and cold for our short stay, but the cute pool is heated. Walkable. Fun restaurants with in walking distance. I believe a shuttle will transport to the area. h

Great hotel. Only conplaint was the sofa bed mattress needs updated. Felt like you were sleeping on a mat. Other than that, thw place was clean and the breakfast was great.

The room was very nice and big. Liked the extra room with the couch and mini bar area. Shower was nice. Location was centrally located in town. Qualms: very thin pillows, $10 a night for parking, and no turndown service if only staying for two nights.

This hotel feels relatively safe and is in a good location for walking downtown to grab dinner or drinks (about a 15 minute walk each way). However, there are several things left to be desired. First, it is moderately clean, but shower floors feel grimy. Second, the beds are pretty comfortable except for the pillows - they seem like they should be nice at first but they are rock hard as soon as the air comes out. Third, they charge for parking.... this is a hotel relatively in the middle of nowhere so I'm not sure how they expect anyone to get there other than by car. There isn't really much else around so I can't imagine there is competition for parking for other amenities. You have to do this by scanning a QR code in the parking lot and putting your credit card info into a website. You do not get a receipt either, which is problematic for business travelers like myself. Fourth, the walls are paper thin so all outside noise comes right in and is generally pretty loud. Fifth, one or two of the friend desk staff are really friendly and professional, but the rest are certainly not. Overall, if you have another option, I would avoid staying here.

perfect location if you have an event at rp funding. hotel is on the older side with some upgrades. towels werent fresh.

Had to pay $11.77 for parking. This is not a large city and was not clear that parking was extra. Refrig doesn’t work and sink drains very slowly. Staff not overly welcoming.

We were expecting a much nicer property. Although it is beside the convention center, there is nothing else nearby. The property is an older one with outdated amenities. Would not return.
