굿찬 정 Nisade 호텔

酒店算是service apartment，我們訂的山景房，但是很多霧沒有看到。房間很大很暖和，布局很合理。缺點是灶台不太會用，也沒有說明書。房間兩天打掃一次也不太滿意。沒有調味料啥的，做飯也不太方便。體驗麻麻滴，也沒啥服務。

My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

좋은 가족 환경

Stayed at the lower ground hotel room. Very convenient as it’s on the same floor as the ski locker but somehow there’s a smell of the boots on the whole floor. We have an upstairs room which doesn’t have this problem so I would suggest book the upstairs room

酒店位置很好，距離hirafu welcome center非常近，工作人員會提前郵件聯繫，接送很方便準時！B1有雪具locker，是真的skiin-out，b1直接到吊椅，出門走到ace gondola也就5分鐘！ 一樓的pizza很好吃，價格也不貴，中午可以直接walkin。附近就有hirafu188 很方便的超市，走到羅森也不遠，早餐可以在自己廚房解決，一切都很好！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

우리는 실제로 호텔의 첫 번째 손님입니다 ... 또한 꽃을 보냈습니다. 서비스는 정말 좋습니다! 가족 케이블카 입구에서 너무 편리합니다. 방도 매우 편안합니다. 이번에는 시설이 완비된 2개의 방에 머물렀습니다. TV는 Netflix를 직접 볼 수 있으며 객실에는 개인 수프가 있습니다. 눈을 미끄러지면 피가 가득한 거품이 부활합니다.

來二世谷滑雪挑了這間公寓式酒店，接待的員工非常熱情，以及退房時也樂於助我寄雪具袋至東京，並且安排接駁車帶我們到俱知安車站。雖然不是ski in&out，但是旁邊就有免費接駁車也是很方便！另外陽台就是天然冰箱很棒！最後這邊員工基本上都是說英文，不會英文的話可能會比較不方便一點哦！

The hotel is quite new with comfortable bed and beddings. Reception staff are expats with fluent English and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok as it was cold and a bit salty so need improvement. Given we came in low season we were the only guest here and we have a good stay with a very reasonable price and good service.
