10 times stay here Everthing is good , closed With shop , restaurant and easy to Find . Bigger room. Event old hotel But still manageable But some improve needed 1. Check in : i arrived at hotel on 1500pm but my room not ready until 1650pm After i come for follow up 2. Some dust as in the picture 3. I think the hotel should clean the outside building ( Mould / Fungus)

bed was very comfortable. breakfast spread was great! so many choices. we enjoyed it. hotel staff was helpful too

Was pretty easy to locate the hotel. Ample parking spaces. Reception was excellent, staff were very nice, polite and friendly. Had a fabulous room with fantastic view overlooking the city. Room was big spacious. The only downside is the gym & pool’s under renovation. Had wanted to dip into the pool but all’s good. Will definitely pick this hotel when back.

Nice ambience, delicious breakfast, and they serve Roti Titab as well! I love they rendang daging that paired with Nasi Lemak

Great location. My 1st time to Kota Bharu. The hotel is linked to the convention center. The hotel serve good local food breakfast. Value for money.

Hotel room is a bit old with leaking pipes in the bathroom.  There is a red stain on the bedsheet upon entering and hv informed housekeeping. They quickly changes it as requested. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of food

Very comfortable and convenient. Attached with shopping mall with easy access. Recommended to stay here. Will repeat stay in future

My first time booking hotel at Kelantan, and its really great. The room is superb. Swimming pool and the cafe was great.They have variety of food, and of course some local choices like nasi kerabu and kuih muih. It just the parking was not spacious, and some room that we got into, The hotel combines modern luxury with rich Malay cultural elements, offering a unique experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Unbelievable experience at this hotel! I was assigned to a ******* room (Bilik Hantu) at the corner of the building. In the middle of the night, something pulled my blanket away and touched my leg. Strange noises filled the room, and objects seemed to move on their own—it was absolutely terrifying! I have seen on tiktok that many people experienced the same thing in this hotel. If you're brave enough and want a paranormal encounter, feel free to book a stay here. As for me, never again! This was my first and definitely my last time.

Its good. Food also good.. staff friendly.. kudos to them.. please stay here if you come to kelantan
