'Good points: 1. Pillows were very comfortable. Not too soft and not too bulky. I was able to sleep well because of the pillows. 2. The place was not noisy so it was very peaceful for me. 3. The staffs were actually accommodating and welcoming. They immediately attend to our needs. 4. The room was very spacious for 4 people. Points for improvement: 1. Bathroom door was broken - this was reported to their front desk and they immediately went up to the room to check (which is a thumbs up for the service part). I suggest, they should thoroughly check first the rooms before accommodating guests. 2. They should have a landline per room to be able to contact the front desk for any needs. They should also inform the guests upon check-im how to contact the front desk. 3. Restaurant food is a little pricey. 4. Airconditiong was not cool enough for some of us.'
