콜카타, लोटस वाली मस्जिद 근처 호텔

하얏트 리젠시는 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하는 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 나의 유일한 불만은 방 문에 ”방해 금지”통지를 내릴 수있는 방법이 없다는 것이었다. 잠을자는 동안 문을 계속 두드리며 깨어났다.

I shall start from arrival at the hotel. We were a family of four who had booked two rooms at the property. We arrived around 14:30 Hrs (at least 30 mins after the designated check-in time). First of all, although the check-in desk at the hotel is quite huge, there were only 3 staff members ***ning the desk, all of them occupied. We had to wait for around 15 mins, looking here and there like *****s with our bags on before someone greeted us. And I do not mind waiting for check-in; what I do mind is that despite multiple staff members seeing us wait, not one of them acknowledge our presence and asked us to take a seat and wait. They would all look at us and carry on. Forget a warm smile, forget a namaste, we were made to feel like fools just standing there without anyone attending to us. When we finally did get a chance to check in, we were given two adjacent rooms. The key to one room was handed over to us, and we were told that the second room is not ready yet and that as soon as it is ready the key would be sent to us in our room. We said okay and moved towards our room. Once in our room, all four of us sat waiting in one room for around 45 mins for the key to the second room. We were not able to unpack because we wanted to unpack in our respective rooms. Tired and hungry, we left the hotel to get ourselves some lunch and some sightseeing, hoping that by the time we return our second room would be ready. When we returned and asked for the key to the second room from the reception desk, we were told that the room that was allocated to us had been now given to someone else -- and we were given some other room that was ”close” to the first room. I understand that asking for adjacent rooms is a mere request and not a right. But had we been given a ”close” room earlier, we could have gotten the keys earlier at the time of check-in! We waited for a room for so long, only for it to be given to someone else. Fast forward to the next morning's breakfast. The spread was quite good and quite diverse in variety. However, again the entire staff at the breakfast looked tense for some reason. And they kept messing up with live counter orders. No one had a smile on, no one welcomed you with warmth, and no one made you feel as if you were staying in a 5-star hotel (which The Lalit considers itself to be). Our entire experience with The Lalit was below par at the very least. It was not the kind of experience you would expect from a branded property that so conveniently calls itself a luxury 5-star property. I honestly feel for the money that I paid, I could and should have gotten a different property and that would have been definitely better. For the foreseeable future, and till things change, I do not see myself staying at any Lalit property.

Excellent Hospitality Service & Food Service Excellent Awasom Rooms

이 호텔에서 2 박 이었지만, 1 박 밤에 아마도 감염이되는 복통과 수분 설사를 재촉했다. 해외 여행 보험 회사에도 연결되지 않고 호텔 직원은 병원 찾기, 병원까지의 동반, 병원과의 협상, 의사와의 통역, 병원 밖 처방 약국까지의 동반 등 등 도와 주셔서, 도와줘서 고맙네 친절한 호텔입니다.

호텔의 음식과 음료는 환상적이며(사진), 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하며, 중국식 뷔페도 동일합니다(RMB는 200에 가깝습니다). 서비스는 매우 사려 깊었습니다. 체크아웃 전날 밤, 프론트 데스크에서 항공편에 대한 정보를 얻기 위해 방에 전화를 걸었습니다. 오후 5시 비행기라는 것을 알았을 때 체크아웃 시간을 2시 반까지 연장할 수 있다고 즉시 표시했습니다. 외출할 때마다 컨시어지 직원이 우버를 이용해서 차를 불러주는데 귀찮게 하지 않겠습니다. 방 청소도 매우 세심했습니다. 다음에는 살기를 선택하겠습니다. 단점은 정문 양쪽에 있는 시장이 너무 창피하고 밤에 산책도 못 나가지만 호텔은 방음이 잘 되고 철문으로 들어서면 또 다른 조용한 세상입니다. 또한, 변기는 물을 내리고 힘이 필요합니다. 게다가 완벽하다.

아주 좋은 서비스. 매우 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이되고 친절했습니다. 룸 다이닝과 레스토랑 다이닝 메뉴 선택의 폭이 더 넓어질 수 있습니다. 다시 거기에 머물기를 바랍니다.

호텔 알 사나의 위치는 시티투어를 하기 편리한 관광명소에 있습니다. 호텔 알 사나 객실은 콜카타 여행자들에게 편안함을 제공합니다.호텔은 실다에서 단, 3km 정도 거리에 있고, 네타지수바시 찬드라보스국제공항에서는 단, 20km 정도 거리로 가까워 이동이 편리합니다. 또한, 지하철역(에스플러네이드)이 아주 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 주변에 Mother Teresa Sarani, 무하메드 알리 공원, 모훈바간 애스레틱 클럽 등 유명 관광지들이 많이 있어 특별한 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다.호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다. 호텔의 주차 공간을 이용할 수 있습니다.

캘커타의 럭셔리 호텔입니다. 객실은 매우 현대적이고 IT 디바이스로 방을 컨트롤할 수 있고, 룸서비스도 디바이스로 오더할 수 있습니다. 어매니티만 좀 더 고급이었으면 더 좋았을테지만 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.
