It is really a nice hotel. Good ambiance. Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise. But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel? But for sound hotel May change backside windows to soundproof options. Clean & decorated room. Breakfast is ok, rather I would say Good if not Very Good. Reception people are very helpful, I got early check-in at 12:30PM. Nearby Shopping District. As it is busy area, so get ready for whole day huge traffic.

The Kenilworth hotel, while claiming a 5-star status, falls more accurately into the 4-star category. My check-in experience was smooth, and locating the hotel posed no difficulties. However, Kenilworth strikes me as an older establishment, albeit adequately maintained, with service that can be described as satisfactory at best. Comparatively, it lacks the refinement and luxury expected of a true 5-star hotel. The hotel boasts a decent restaurant and bar, with a particularly noteworthy feature being the well-maintained lawn space surrounding the restaurant, which adds to its appeal. Overall, my experience was just acceptable, especially considering the price point.

Nice place to be in Kolkata. The room is cozy and stay is comfortable. Must try the restaurant while you are here - Pizza is a favourite and the masala chai is excellent. Kenilworth is our preferred hotel to stay in Kolkata.

Happy to share review for Kenilworth hotel Kolkata. First of all, staff have been very helpful, guiding and supportive. Specially Saifur assisted very nicely right from arrival until departure. Rooms are very much clean, views been nice, upgraded experience of Suite is really awesome for family stay. Great food quality, specially breakfast & options provided. Not to forget, walkable distance for US Visa consulate biometrics & interview office, even tourist places are also near proximity. Thank you and grateful for overall experience.. Having visited the Spa at the property I was indeed smitten by exceptional massage it offered! I had requested for a low pressure massage and Mr Raju had indeed hands of gold! He understood the pressure at once and the strokes were wide and varied which made the massage experience extremely comforting. Ms Alexis at the Myra Spa is extremely polite and accomodative. A Saturday afternoon Spa experience turned out to be exceptional. I would highly recommend as they have an amazing membership program. The Wellness Circle of the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the rooms are also spacious which added to the experience!

Excellent hotel in a central location. I spent 3 nights and then a single night at this hotel at the beginning of March. Check in was easy and the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfasts were varied and the room well spaced. Again the staff were very helpful and friendly without being over bearing. The A la carte menu for evening meals was comprehensive and the food full of flavour and freshly prepared. During my stay there was a wedding but it did not impact on the service I received and had little impact on the the facilities. I would highly recommend The Kenilworth to anyone visiting Kolkata. Thank you to everyone who helped me during my stay.

Staff and service is excellent. The breakfast spread was very nice and tasty too. Room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very nice as everything was in vicinity. Huge shout out to: Suvajit, Saif and Ethan who ensured my stay was excellent.

My overall experience is very good, every services are very nice including food, cleaness e.t.c., great service. Ceck in and checkout experience is also very good, every one is very helping specially ***n and alexis, thanks for the support for my stay.
